gute Lage, ruhig, ohne Nachbarn, Schüsselübergabe easy
EG, Lüften schwierig in der Nacht. Bei einem der beiden Zimmer konnte man das Fenster gar nicht öffnen - es war mit einem Schloss abgesperrt. Man kann die Rollos (teilweise) herunterlassen, keine Lüftungsanlage oder Aircondition

Posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Tour Eiffel a pochi minuti a piedi. Appartamento al piano terra, ma in via molto silenziosa.

Buena localización. Barrio tranquilo, con muchos comercios. Cerca de la Torre Eiffel y un par de paradas de metro.
Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y nos sentimos totalmente desatendidos. Realizamos un par de consultas más al contacto del apartamento y no tuvimos respuesta. El apartamento tiene bastantes cosas para arreglar y lo encontramos con la limpieza justa / escasa. Menaje escaso.
