Great little a look apartment that myself wife’s wife’s and 3 kids enjoyed to see the sights around Paris.

Great base for a short stay in Paris

It was well located for the Eiffel Tower and overlooked the Seine. Everything was sparkling clean. Heating worked well so we were nice and cosy in the evenings.

Not much privacy between the sleeping arrangements. Water heater only works during the night so no hot water after limited showers in the morning. Did not enjoy the memory foam mattresses.

Beautiful view from the kitchen window.

The loft had many spiders around, the a/c was extremely loud and not enough to fresh the place and the kitchen was with appliances dirty that we didn’t use for safety.

We had a great stay! Metro stop less than 5min walk. Close to restaurant and supermarket. Great view.

Disappointing

Proximity to Eiffel Tower

Very small apartment with uncomfortable beds and pillows. Arrived at 8 pm due to flight delay and distance from airport, and host would not budge on 10 am check out so had to tour Paris the next day with backpacks on our backs all day. I still have shin splints from this last day of our two week vacation. Very disappointing!

Fantastic location with view of Eiffel. Very clean in great safe neighborhood along Seine with very close bus 72 that gets you to all the places along Seine including Louvre and Eiffel and walk to many restaurants and shops. Quite spacious for a Paris apartment and comfortable for 5 adults.

The view and proximity to the Eiffel tower was so worth it.

The location was awesome. Several restaurants within walking distance. And only a 20m walk to the Eiffel Tower. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed our stay.

Parking would have been nice. I understand that sometimes it's just not possible, but we had to pay extra to park quite far away.

Excellent value for Paris with great views of the Seine and the Eiffel Tower!

Wonderful to look out the kitchen window and see the Seine River and Eiffel Tower. Loved the Passy neighborhood with its many cafe's and places to shop. Very convenient to the Metro. Appreciated the personal touch of meeting us there and showing us everything, and the patience as we were checking out.

There was a heat wave in Paris when we were there and it made it difficult for the humidifier to keep the main bedroom as cool as we would have liked at night. However, the other two bedrooms were smaller, closed in, and able to stay cool.

Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine river, excellent location with nearby access to the Metro. There is a grocery store nearby which is very convenient to shop for daily supplies.

The rooms are very warm with very small fans. No proper ventilation. TV channels have to be paid. The toilet has no water and no drainage, we suspected that there is a small leak at the WC. One of the windows near the sink cannot be opened as the hinges are a bit loose. The agent cd be a lil bit more friendlier.

Apartment is small for 5 people

Lots of restos nearby. Getting a taxi is not a problem. There are lot of taxis few meters away from the apartment. Toilet is clean, and standard in size. Toiletries are complete. But no soap for washing machines.

The apartment is small for 5 guests, especially if you have one 25"luggage and 1-cabin luggage.each. We have to put our luggages on the corridor of the apartment. But i think it's just ok for 4 pax maximum. The 2 washing machines are just for washing. No dryer. Also, soap for washing machines not provided. Or they just forgotten to stock?!.... I have paid 100 euro (guarantee deposit) in cash, as my payplug didn't worked. As per Lara, the manager, they will return my 100euro thru bank transfer. But i didn't received any, until now. Lara is accommodating. She tried to ff-up with her boss the return of the 100euro. I hope they will return it this coming days.

La posizione è ottima e l'alloggio molto confortevole. L'host molto gentile, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie, comprese quelle per raggiungere l'appartamento dall'aeroporto, seguendoci man mano nel percorso.

Unica pecca il quinto posto letto sul soppalco. Non lo consiglierei, il soffitto è veramente troppo basso in quel punto e manca un po' l'aria. Direi che si tratta di un'ottima soluzione per quattro adulti ma non cinque. Si può considerare se il quinto ospite è un bambino.

Sehr laut und eng

Lage sehr laut, ohne Ohrstöpsel war an ein Schlafen nicht zu denken. Auf beiden Seiten der Wohnung Strassen, du hörst sogar die Leute auf der Strasse sprechen Für 5 Personen sehr eng, im Sommer sicher sehr stickig. Es war bereits jetzt bei kühlen Temperaturen am Limit im Zimmer hinten zu schlafen. Duschen war nur für 2 Personen pro Tag möglich, mehr warmes Wasser war nicht vorhanden. Toller Blick auf den Eiffelturm und die Seine. Sehr schönes Bad.
