Superb! I would definitely stay here again :-)

-location was highly suitable, convenient, and offered specific advantages for us (like nearby restaurants, tourist attractions, shops, bus/ metro etc.); the apartment was very nice, fully equipped kitchen designed to cook, dine, and clean without needing to bring your own supplies.

-I was not used to have a toilet without a sink to wash my hands :-D, but I know it is quite common in France for the WC to be in a separate/ tiny room without a sink (especially in older buildings/ homes, cafes, and smaller establishments).

It was a wonderful stay that made our visit to Paris even more enjoyable.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Everything you might need is nearby — a bakery, shops, restaurants — the neighborhood is really great. The apartment is well equipped and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The owner was always very friendly and quick to provide any information I needed. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay in Paris.

The only minor downside was that there were some renovation works going on nearby, but they weren’t really disturbing and didn’t affect our stay in any way.

The apartment is stylish and new, after renovation. It looks like a professional interior designer was invited to make it so cozy and comfortable. The walls are decorated with original photographs. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: a Nespresso coffee machine with plenty of capsules, paper towels, and even an entire drawer filled with spices and sauces for cooking, there's even a Marshall's speaker to enjoy the music. The apartment is spacious, with many windows that provide fresh air and natural light, and it has shatters to protect from the sun. The inner courtyard is very beautiful, with potted flowers; it’s closed from the public, making it quiet and safe. The neighborhood itself is charming and peaceful, located near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, with plenty of restaurants and cafés around. Right next to the building, there’s a bakery with delicious pastries and a delicatessen shop. It's one of my best living experiences on Booking.com. I highly recommend this apartment in Paris!

Wi-fi router didn't work. It would be great to turn it on before the arrival of the guests.

Semplice ma completo

la posizione è perfetta sia per andare a vedere delle attrazioni turistiche di punta come l'arco di trionfo e la tour eiffel, ma anche per raggiungere gli altri luoghi di punta con la metro. Semplicemente top!

A acomodação é completa e acomoda confortavelmente até 4 pessoas. Conta com todos os utensílios de cozinha necessários, além de máquina de lavar louça, máquina de lavar roupas e cafeteira. A localização é excelente, muito próxima a mercados, farmácias e ao metrô, o que facilita bastante a estadia. Com certeza irei recomendar!

Les chaînes TV pour recevoir les infos sont complexes à obtenir, il faut s'abonner, ou alors je n'ai pas réussi à les faire fonctionner.

Séjour très agréable, dans ce logement très qualitatif et extrêmement propre.

La propreté exceptionnelle, la qualité du logement (équipement, literie, déco), le calme de l'immeuble, le dialogue avec le propriétaire, l'emplacement très proche du RER, du métro et du palais des Congrès. Un endroit à retenir!

Avoir une remarque sur le bruit alors que nous avons fait très attention; mais quand on est 3 personnes et qu'on fait à manger, forcément cela en fait plus qu'une personne seule. Et pourtant nous n'avons vraiment rien fait d'extravagant...

El apartamento es muy lindo, esta muy bien ubicado, quien nos atendió fue muy amable, nos ayudó no solo en cosas del apartamento sino también en ubicarnos, en conseguir ñ nanybag para dejar nuestras maletas. Muy satisfecha con nuestra estadía allí

Newly renovated and very clean. Great location with everything walkable all for a reasonable price!

The bathroom and toilet are separate but the bathroom would not have been able to contain. The toilet from a size perspective. The washing machine had an odour if used. Entry way is still under renovation.
