Lovely relaxing stay, lots of space for family of 6

Overall succesfull stay!

The house was spacious. Reasonably well equipped. Quiet location (no noice from outside). Movable A/C-devices available.

The main disappointment was that the location is shown incorrectly (by many kilometers) on the Booking.com map. We reserved this accommodation because we thought it is elsewhere. The revealed location was not as good for us but by using taxis it was ok. One nuisance was a squeaking bed on second floor: the wooden frame made terrible noice when one turned his side on the bed. The solution was to move the matress on the floor :-) A little strange was also that there was no sinks/faucets in the toilets (and no bidees) so to wash your hands you had to go to the kitchen or bathroom... For A/C outlet hose there was no fitting so there is a possibility for insects to fly in from the partly opened door/window.

Poorly cleaned. Difficult to wash up. No working sink plug. Poor equipment for cooking. Beds made up differently from the booking .com website. Map on booking.com website showed incorrect location of apartment.

Roomy, beds comfortable, safe area, convenient to Metro and Paris. Owner responsive, and very pleasant.

Grass in front and back overgrown. Washer did not work. Towels not washed in hot water, so did not smell fresh. House had a mild unidentifiable odor. Shower floor slippery.

I want money back for lying to me, bc I pay a lot in Uber

The house had good spacious

n booking it said that the house was a 15-minute walk from all the attractions but it is lies in Uber it is 40 minutes from everything horrible.. no air-conditioning

We had a great time visiting Paris and chilling out in Saint-Ouen for 5 days in a group of two families with older kids.

Responsive and helpful host.

Could use some mosquito nets in the windows, as it was hot on our stay but keeping the windows open let in a lot of mosquitoes.

First time in my booking reserves that i received a message from the host, saying that 8 is not a very good one and they prefer that i deleted it. I am flabbergasted. How is this possible. We liked the place, the stay and also the host. And this is the message that he send me after my review. "Hello Marco, It is Alan, your host of your stay from 13th to 16th december Thank you so much for your comment. Because of your evaluation of 8 out of 10, we prefer you delete your comment because this evaluation is not a very good one on booking.com. Have a good week-end"

Un lugar hasta para largas estancias

La casa es muy bonita, acogedora, limpia y bien surtida con lo necesario para cocinar y cuidado personal. Nos ayudaron con la salida y siempre atentos a cualquier inquietud. Muy bien ubicado, cerca al metro. A 10 minutos caminando hay una zona súper linda para caminar y comer delicioso.

Maison très spacieuse à proximité du métro. Supers restaurants à proximité du métro et dans la hall gourmande. Le jardin de la maison était un plus pour prendre son café et son croissant au soleil. Hôte disponible et agréable.

Della struttura ci è piaciuto tutto, a partire dall'accoglienza del proprietario, eccezionale. La location è fantastica, ben accessoriata, pulita e confortevole. Il proprietario sa venire incontro alle esigenze del Cliente. Ottima esperienza!

Vacaciones parisinas en familia junto a nuestro peludo.

Casa grande, a 10 minutos de una parada de metro. Desde ahí puedes ir directamente al aeropuerto o al centro de París. El anfitrión nos permitió entrar antes de la hora establecida y así poder dejar las maletas. Agradecemos que en este alojamiento se admitan mascotas, ya que pudimos viajar en familia con nuestro peludo.

Nagyon jól felszerelt apartman, közel a metró és boltok. Nagy, tágas ház, modern konyha. A kommunikáció a szállásadóval kiváló.
