Beautiful and exceeded expectations.

There was so much to like. We stayed 10 days, absolutely loved it had a kitchen as we used it a few times. The bath was lovely. We stayed in the loft which didn't have a window but was excellent for sleeping so dark and quiet. Bed was excellent. Could have done with a brighter light for getting ready but we managed. The location was excellent. As soon as you come out of the apartment if you go right there is a street with everything you can ever want. Local patisserie, fromagerie, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, laundromat, wine shop. We especially loved the coffee and galette at a cafe called Paprika near the little carousel, we went back daily. Beautiful baguettes at a bakery on the street was a regular thing too. Walking distance to everything including Moulin Rouge, Montmartre, Sacre Coure, galleries Lafayette, Opera etc etc. the hosts were always receptive to requests for towels etc. This made our stay in Paris phenomenal - a real Parisian experience away from the hustle and bustle of hundreds of pushy tourists!

It was a bit dim when trying to get ready. No bath mat or tea towel.

Adequate

Location was fabulous, loved the neighbourhood . Host was very responsive. When we checked in the door handle fell off and the host arranged for it to be fixed within 30 minutes. . Good bed, shower and TV. Beautiful decor.

The room was on a small side. When we booked the pictures showed a balcony, unfortunately the room we got was on the ground floor beside the entrance which made it extremely noisy with every sound of front door opening and people coming in and out. The noise from the street was also very loud. The curtains could not be opened as the window was right on the street with people constantly walking past at eye level and could see right in. That meant there was no natural light the whole time we stayed (4nights). There are other units in the same property and I think they were much better for privacy and noise. The pictures on the site are a bit misleading as they show other bigger and brighter units. I recommend when booking be very careful in terms of details of the unit you are getting to make sure you are not disappointed.

Schönes Studio-Appartement ohne Tageslicht

Sehr schönes großes Studio-Appartement mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Nespresso-Maschine genauso vorhanden wie eine Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Bett sehr bequem. Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Gute Ausgangslage für unsere täglichen Sightseeings.

Es ging aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor, dass das Studio-Appartement gar kein Tageslicht hat und das Bad (außer die Toilette) ohne Abtrennung zum Rest des Raumes ist. Mit Teenie-Tochter mussten wir dann kreativ werden, weil sie beim duschen in der Badewanne nicht gesehen werden wollte.

Logement propre et bien placé.

Alors que rien ne l'indiquait sur le site, ni sur les photos, le logement est sans aucune fenêtre! L'impression d'âvoir passer deux nuits dans une boîte close est terrible. Perte de la notion du temps qui passe et qu'il fait. Jamais nous n'avons connu cela, depuis le temps que nous voyageons dans ces conditions...

Месторасположение, комфортная постель, вежливый персонал, быстрая обратная связь от объекта размещения.

Отсутствие половых ковриков в туалете и ванной комнате, отсутствие ванной комнаты как таковой (ванна стоит посреди спальни) — это не очень комфортно для двух друзей. На второй день пребывания из двери выпала ручка. Нет вентиляции и в квартире очень душно, не сохнут полотенца

Le fait que ce soit une arrivée autonome, pas besoin de discuter avec le proprio

Rien ne va dans ce logement. D’abord la taille du logement, extrêmement petit 9m2, la décor déprimant car il s’agit d’une chambre au rez de chaussée, et la décor est tout en noir, lampe tamisée, on se croirait dans une cave … la poignée de la porte se détachait de la porte, le bar du rideau tombe toutes les deux secondes, le wifi ne marche pas, la douche se jaunisse, la chambre très mal isolée et et très est humide, on entend vraiment tout ! même les pas des gens … on a réservé une chambre soit disant avec un lit king size mais finalement le lit était un 1m40 de largeur, extrêmement petit !!!! une vraie arnaque ! Fuyez !! Ne vous méfiez pas des soit disant « bons » commentaires comme moi !!! Fuyez cet établissement! Je vais pas en rester là !

Un buen sitio para alojarse en Paris, con buena ubicación y confortable

La ubicación excelente, bien comunicado con el metro y muy cerca del centro.

La comunicación con el anfitrión claramente mejorable. Me puse en contacto con él varios días antes, para que me facilitase las instrucciones para recoger las llaves, y no me contestó hasta el mismo día, unas horas antes de nuestro check in. Esa manera de actuar crea incertidumbre e intranquilidad. Además, le pregunté or la posibilidad de disponer de una tercera silla en el alojamiento, y tampoco hubo respuesta. Disponer de una tostadora y un escurre platos, tambien mejoraría la estancia

Przed przyjazdem zostałam poproszona o scan dokumentów - rezerwowałam już wcześniej lokum przez booking, także we Francji i niestety taka sytuacja miała miejsce po raz pierwszy. Nie otrzymywałam odpowiedzi od gospodarzy na zadawane pytania dotyczące konieczności przesłania scanów dokumentów - w obecnych czasach każdy boi się wysyłania takich danych. Kontakt dopiero po interwencji przez booking. Było to trochę stresujące. Natomiast na miejscu wszystko na 10 z plusem.

Oerhört trevlig liten lägenhet med hög standard!

Ligger bra till. Nära till Pigalle station och massor av små restauranger och små butiker. Vi gick ut och köpte ostar, vin och bröd i de små butikerna. Väldigt pittoreskt och franskt.
