Beware! This is a scam, I booked this place and never got the code or key, I lost 200€.
Only robots reply to you, and you don't even know the exact address of the accommodation, don't book this hotel!!!

Very bad experience, will never ever recommended staying here or booking through here.
This property should not be allowed to be on the website! It is filled with mold, we contacted the property owner immediately and there was no response. We called directly to customer service and they were not able to do anything about it. Save your time and money and do not book this! As soon as you walk through the door you can smell the mold. I have pictures which I sent both customer service and property owner and nothing was done about it. First and last time booking through here!
Not worth the crazy amount of money, AC doesn’t work, the walls of the bedroom and the whole bathroom is filled with mold.

Cockroaches, filthy, and risk of fraud
good location.
it was infested with cockroaches and they were running all over the bed when I woke up. This came after being asked by the owner to send a photograph of my credit card. I asked Booking.com about this and the obvious fraud risk of having this listing and was batted away. Never again,

Misleading advertising, should not be on booking.com
The location was great, the property was very clean and spacious.
The service was very bad. They asked me for a photo of my bank card, a selfie of myself which is unacceptable, Booking.com has all my details stored. I paid for the room and the “virtual staff” (because you never see anyone in person) kept telling me I hadn’t paid and wouldn’t give me the details to check in. On check out day, the cleaner knocked on my door at 10h56 for me to leave (check out at 11am). The virtual staff wouldn’t let me leave my luggage at the property because they do not have the facilities The description states that monsieur pigalle offers guest accommodation, they never say that they are apartments where you will never see any members of staff. If I wanted to book a flat from someone, I would have gone on air bnb. An honest description would have avoided disappointment. Very misleading

L’emplacement est idéal, mais l’appartement présente un très mauvais état d’entretien
La salle de bain présentait un très mauvais état d’entretien et un niveau de propreté très médiocre. Le siphon de la salle de bain était bouché. Concernant le séjour et la chambre, le matelas et la lèse de lit présentaient des auréoles.

excellente situation mais manque d'entretien
Excellente situation, endroit calme mais très proche des activités touristiques et du métro Pigalle donc accès facile à tous les quartiers de la ville.
Manque d'entretien du logement (dommage car très joli à la base), douche sans porte (salle inondée), pomme de douche entartrée, propreté moyenne, manque de rangement. Lit = canapé convertible confortable toutefois mais un seul oreiller smart TV non fonctionnelle Notre chambre était située au rez de chaussée juste à côté de l'entrée principale donc passage bruyant des autres clients

Pied à terre parfaitement situé pour une virée parisienne.
J'ai aimé la décoration et la situation géographique ainsi que les équipements. J'ai apprécié la salle de bain qui était propre, jolie et fonctionnelle. Le lit de 160 était très bien. Appartement très proche de la place Pigalle, parfait pour accéder au métro et partir visiter Paris.
Je n'ai pas apprécié les voisins du dessus qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit le soir (bruits de pas...). Les évacuations de la salle de bains du dessus faisaient beaucoup de bruit dans notre salle de Bains. Problème : on annonce une TV mais elle n'est pas raccordée à une antenne ni au réseau fibre.
