Spacious for more than 10 people. Air conditioning is provided which gives good ventilation in the summer. There is even a fan in every bedroom. It’s location is excellent, convenient to anywhere. The host is very nice to meet with us face to face and tell us how to use the facilities.

This place could not have been better located. immediately adjacent to bus and train connections. Steps away from many eating choices. Easy walking to Notre Dame Cathedral or the Louvre. Near the Hop-on-hop-off tour bus. about 50 steps to an escalator that took you into bus stops and a shopping complex. Corner store nearby for the quick needs.

The location is great, minutes walk to Louvre and metro to take you other places. Close to awesome restaurants and pubs with great food and drinks. Close to the mall. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne ;). Quite clean.
The place is quite smaller than pictured. The AC is more of a dehumidifier fan and it covers the kitchen only, there is no AC in the rooms. The place was a stunner in its day, I am sure, but is in dire need of renovation and updates - the handrail is shaky as it is missing screws, the walls are painted over previous water damage. During our stay, one of the hot water boilers broke and started leaking water all over the bathroom, but the host was very quick to replace it the next day. There were rainy days during our stay and one of the skylights leaked for one day
