The best apartment to stay in Paris..

Well, what i can say? Amazing.. The location, serious, 25 meters to the metro entrance. The host? Super, was explained everything, the apartments has a lot of techonology, the heating system is very good and have a recirculation system to fresh air, the temperature of the water for bath was incredible, and belive: we were in 13 people and never the water was cold (the apartments have 4 showers, and we stay in november, between 1°C and 5°C). All the facilities in kitchen, washing machine, clothes dryer, coffee machine, videogame (my daughter loved, after a long day of walks, arrive and play is a very good who takes a kid in a trip).. So, the neighborhood is very safe, a lot of restaurants near (5 minutes walking), supermarkets. Super recomended.

Exceptionally located, very comfortable with central heating and cooling. The host was great, meeting us & showing us through the apartment. We were travelling with extended family & this was perfect in every way for our needs. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Friends exploring Paris together

Accomodation is quirky. It was perfect for 7 older adults travelling together. 4 Bedrooms although small and compact with bathrooms meant everyone had there own space. Thomas met us on arrival and explained the set up. Great location in Les Halle just a few metres from exit 1 at the Metro. Close to everything. Siene was a couple of blocks, also walking to Notre Dame, Louvre, and getting to other attractions easy. Clise to bars, restaurants, and bakeries. Plenty of choices. Felt safe walking around at night. Quiet and easy to get in as only steps are at front door (2). Kitchen good size with dishwasher, microwave and oven. Large apartment on 2 levels. Didnt use downstairs as it was a spiral staircase and narrow. No need as everything on ground level, except washer and dryer. Lower level good for those with children. Has a spa, sauna and fitness equipment as well as every gadget (tv, x box etc) to keep occupied. Bedrooms all had skylights and airflow. Also there is airconditioning and heated foors. Didnt need these for our visit.

Only having 2 keys for a group of 4 couples. Needed to co ordinate sight seeing or access to apartment. For a family it wouldnt be an issue. The spa, sauna fitness centre was not something that appeals to us and navigating the steep spiral staircase. For older people like us tbe bed configuration of having to climb over a person as it was against a wall was not expected and a bit difficult. Could do with nrw mattresses.

4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the centre of Paris near the Louvre and Ile de Cite. Great!

Very central to many Paris attractions. Les Halles train hub and Westfields shopping Centre. 12 minute walk to Louvre. 12 minute walk to Conciergerie. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby - Chez Gladines was a favorite and it was just around the corner, but book a table!. Once you find it on level 2 or 0 of Westfields, there is a perfectly acceptable supermarket with wine, beer, spirits and groceries, fruits and vegetables, etc. loads of extra inside like a spa, sauna, gym, X box etc.

A very interesting place to stay! A spiral staircase in the middle of the living room which took you down to spa, and washing machine and a games room. Bit rickety for people who are older!

great location but in dire need of updates and renovation

The location is great, minutes walk to Louvre and metro to take you other places. Close to awesome restaurants and pubs with great food and drinks. Close to the mall. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne ;). Quite clean.

The place is quite smaller than pictured. The AC is more of a dehumidifier fan and it covers the kitchen only, there is no AC in the rooms. The place was a stunner in its day, I am sure, but is in dire need of renovation and updates - the handrail is shaky as it is missing screws, the walls are painted over previous water damage. During our stay, one of the hot water boilers broke and started leaking water all over the bathroom, but the host was very quick to replace it the next day. There were rainy days during our stay and one of the skylights leaked for one day

A perfect flat for a large close-knit group--idiosycratic design that works!

This flat was truly an idiosyncratic French design. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh. There are four bedrooms but the double beds in each require one sleeper to crawl over the other. Many excellent sofas can be changed into beds making the flat suitable for a large group of close friends or family members (as ours was). The air conditioning was FABULOUS during the 38C (100F) heat wave we experienced. Terrific electronics and a pool table kept the kids busy! Washing machines worked great! Round table in the middle of the sitting room made for a wonderful gathering place for meals and drinks. And the location in Chatelet was terrific.

There is virtually no place to store clothing--just be prepared. Some of the cabinets are so high accessing them required standing on mattresses or chairs.

Great apartment for a large group in the heart of Paris

LOCATION! It was quiet. Had just enough amenities for our large group. It’s very hard to find an apartment for 7 people in the center of Paris and this did the job.

It’s smaller than it appears in the pictures, but again it works. The stairs to the basement are in a very tight winding staircase. The beds are comfy but have to climb over your spouse to get in or out in all 4 beds. (Description says 4 toilets but there are only 3.)

Great location but some facilities in the flat lacking.

The property is very well located and has great number of bedrooms and en-suites.

The advertised hot tub was not working, one of the toilets was out of order. If we had the full number of guests (8-10) this would have been an uncomfortable stay. Only skylights for natural light so a very dark apartment. No ability to check in an hour earlier or check out an hour later which was very inflexible.

The apartment was big enough for 15 people

We really loved the apartment, it is very comfortable, convenient and next of the most important places in Paris, you can do almost everthing walking. And there is a subway next door. That place has air-conditioning for fresh ventilation which is quite rare in Paris center, and is bigger than all other hotel room for 10+ people in Paris center. It is especially great for kids, having so much entertainment as they like.

Location! Location! Location! With lots of amenities and plenty of room for the whole family.

Great Host, met us at the property and walked us through how to work all the electronics, other devices and all the amenities. Gave us a quick tour outside to point out the restaurants, shops, museums and metro so we could easily navigate the area. It is absolutely perfectly located in Paris with a quick walk to every major sight. So comfortable. They have A/C also! Would highly recommend.

Location was perfect close to all the sites. The accommodation had underfloor heating it was so comfortable and warm. It also has air conditioning for the summer. So much space in this appartement with games for the kids , large movie screen and surprise treats for everyone on arrival!

Location was near metro station and walking distance to Louvre Musuem. The apartment is modern and well equipped with amenities inluding fully equipped kitchen, clothes and dish washer, sauna and a mini snooker table

Parisian bliss

Great location, wonderful host met us on arrival showed us around the property and a quick tour of the immediate vicinity, re come ding restaurants, bars, advice on travel links, supermarkets etc. The property itself was outstanding. We will be back.

Great communication from the host, who met us on arrival to let us in and show us where everything was, how things worked etc. He also gave us tips on amenities and attractions in the surrounding area. The location is superb - right next to the Metro, a one-minute walk to a shopping centre with a small supermarket. Great base for sight-seeing and there are many, many cafes and restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk. The owners have made great use of the space to achieve four double rooms and bathrooms. The 'playroom' downstairs is excellent for kids. The apartment stayed warm and cosy despite the temperature outside rarely getting above freezing. Climate controlled so didn't get stuffy, and had air-con for summer too.

There were no real negatives during our stay more like things that were 'ok rather than great'... The spiral stairs down to the playroom are quite narrow and steep, may not be suitable for anyone with low mobility. The kitchen is fairly basic, but probably only an issue if you're planning to prepare lots of meals for large groups.

The location was fantastic, the beds were very comfortable, we were delighted to find that the apartment had been decorated with Christmas decorations for our festive visit! It was warm and cosy and had everything we needed.

One of the reasons we loved Paris so much!

This apartment was such a great find! It's just steps away from a bakery, restaurants, shopping, and a metro stop, and somehow secluded enough that it was surprisingly quiet. As first time visitors to Paris, we regularly commented on how great the location was for our family of six (kids ages 6-14). While I initially thought it was a bit inconvenient to have to meet the host for check-in, I'm grateful we did! He was very kind and flexible to our schedule. And since this house had so many (electronic) bells and whistles, it was helpful to have him walk us through how to use everything. The apartment is on ground level, so no lugging heavy suitcases up a bunch of stairs. We loved the heated floors and towel bars, and appreciated the many bathrooms and outlets for charging devices. Each bedroom had a skylight that could be opened for ventilation, and while we didn't use the air conditioning for our November stay, it was available (as well as wall mounted fans in the bedrooms). Our kids especially loved the Christmas decorations and the jacuzzi-turned-ball-pit downstairs. They basically would have rather stayed in the apartment to play then go to all of the tourist spots on our list. I would rent this place again and again!

We were very happy with this apartment and would like to rent it again next year. This was a perfect apartment for my group of 4 adults. We each had a private bedroom and bathroom. The location was very convenient with public transportation right outside the door. There are dozens of stores and restaurants including a supermarket within a 10 minute walk. Though the area is busy all evening, it's very quiet inside the apartment. Every convenience was available including a washer/dryer and air conditioning.

Some of the cabinets and shelves were too high to reach without a chair.

Exceptionally equipped and comfortable apartment perfectly situated for any visitor to a beautiful city.

This mainly ground floor property was everything described, and more. It’s position just a short walk from the Rue De Rivoli, and a few metres from a Metro station was ideal for getting around. The very comfortable 4 bedroom apartment was immaculate, with every kitchen gadget you could ever need, and I have never seen as many plug sockets in one place. There is so much to keep everyone entertained here, including gym, sauna, small pool (which had been filled with balls when we were there - great fun!), pool table, darts, x-box, projector/large screen, games, videos etc, in fact there’s a danger that you’ll struggle to get people out of the place to enjoy the amazing sights of Paris itself!! The apartment has the benefit of air-conditioning, something quite unusual in Paris. It also has heating making it an all-year-round place to stay. I must admit having seen the photos when we booked, we wondered, with the price we paid, if it was too good to be true. We absolutely need not have worried!! The circular dining table in the middle of the kitchen folds back to allow access to a spiral staircase down to the gym and sauna area. Whilst there are plenty of storage cupboards some at very high level, there isn’t a large amount of floor space. So if the apartment was at capacity and everyone had brought a suitcase with them, it might be a little cramped. The size of our party however meant this wasn’t an issue. With a fabulous boulangerie 1 min walk away, this was a first class apartment, and we would heartily recommend it to any group or family. Many thanks to Mr Lilian and especially his mother who gave us a very warm welcome and guided tour. We will be back!

With it being on the ground floor of a five story block. There was very little natural light inside. Each bedroom however has a Velux window operated by remote control which allowed ventilation and some light to come in, as did the open courtyard outside the front door. This is being picky though and shouldn’t put anyone off staying.

Cool house in a cool part of the city. Perfect!

We had the most warm welcome. The apartment is in such a cool location right next to the Metro. Take your pick from local eateries. The apartment had fab air conditioning, so was comfortable the whole time. I suspected it might be noisy as the street was so busy, but it’s really quiet inside. Everything you would need for a stay is provided, and I was impressed with the quality of all of the features. Perfect for large families like ours. We will definitely be back. I feel there was so much more to see that we saw! Connection to the airport couldn’t be easier either from right outside the door. 10/10 from us!! Absolutely perfect!
