Wonderful place to stay!

Location, location, location! Super close to the Metro and walking distance to many museums. Comfortable, clean and a wonderful place to stay in Paris! The kitchenette was stocked well enough to make spaghetti and there is a grocery store a couple of doors down. Tiny fridge but it was sufficient. Very quiet with the windows closed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

There wasn't really any place to put our suitcases other than the floor. The stovetop was a bit tricky to use. The stairs were slightly treacherous.

A cozy place in an ideal area with great communication - I would happily return.

My stay was truly wonderful. The location couldn’t be better - close to everything and perfect for discovering Paris. The room was lovely and cozy, and I really appreciated having a heater that allowed me to set the temperature just right, which made it very warm and comfortable. The communication was outstanding: all my messages were answered very quickly and with great attention. I genuinely felt welcomed, and I would be very happy to return here on my next trip. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality!

Great All Around for the price.

Location is very central you can easily walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame and other shops. Room was clean and had all the essentials if you need to use the kitchen. Wifi worked well too. I had no problem with the door codes. My room was by the street and I didn't find it noisy at night.

It was a quiet location off a busy street. Easy to access. Facilities were ideal.

The room door didn’t have a double lock so could be accessed from outside when in the room. I put a chair in front of the door.

Basic room of ok size for Paris. Great suburb.

Excellent location. Basic room with bathroom and some cooking equipment. The staff were responsive and came to fix an issue promptly.

The laundry room for the company is on the same corridor so there are dryers running much of the day, making the room fairly stuffy. Cheaply fitted out. Don’t expect anything fancy.

Hi - location was great and to be fair I cant complain about the cost but I had higher expectations based on what the pics I saw on booking.com.

I asked for extra towels, but they never came. They changed the code in the building, and I stayed outside for 1 hour , they reached for me to late !!!

City break at WS St Germain - Quartier Latin.

The main aspects I liked were the location. The accommodation is perfectly located near multiple shops, Metro station, restaurants and a short walk to Notre Dame Cathedral.

Accommodation- The accommodation was quite basic, which was suitable for a city break and the duration of our stay in Paris. Nonetheless, it was a bit too simple and confined for our preferences, and we would likely not be comfortable staying for more than three nights. Beds - The mattress was quite firm, and we were provided with only one small pillow each. Furthermore, the bedding, including the mattress, fitted sheet, duvet, and pillow, exhibited several stains and discolourations. Bathroom- The bathroom could benefit from some attention. The shower hose is leaking near the shower head, and the tiles, skirting boards, and shower itself show signs of wear. Furthermore, there isn't a heated towel rack or a place to hang used towels. Additional- You'll find yourself living out of a suitcase because there are no cabinets or drawers to hang or unpack your clothes. Furthermore, the smaller single room lacks a bedside locker, making it difficult to safely place a glass of water or your glasses at night. The accommodation had numerous stairs, which did not pose an issue for us. However, an elderly couple encountered difficulty in transporting their suitcase to their room, and fortunately, I was available to offer assistance. Requesting fresh towels was necessary, and while not an issue in itself, it did require coordinating with housekeeping's schedule for preparing rooms for incoming guests. The small single room was equipped with a tower fan, however, it was so dusty that I dared not turn it on. As I mentioned you are close to a metro station, and if you didn't know that you'll definitely hear the train running continuously throughout the night. Overall - Considering the circumstances addressed above, I would not choose to stay there again.

The location was great

Lack of air conditioning. There was a fan but it was operated with lighting so when you get turned the lights the fan stopped. Also our apartment with an Internal 2nd bedroom really wasn’t that great, too hot and stuffy and small.

Very noisy, busy location. If you don’t mind that it’s an ok place to stay, although, I would not stay there again.

The grocery store was just a few doors down.

There were bugs in the restroom. Other guests were very disrespectful; on one night had a party, lots of noise all night long, door banged all night from people coming and going. We couldn’t locate our room at first, unable to get in contact with staff.

First 2 days were really hot and the ventilator did not work but I contacted the host and solved the issue. However during those 2 days I had to sleep with the window open which is very uncofortable since the building is at a noisy intersection.

Disappointing location change at the last minute

I did not get to stay at this property my booking was changed at the last minute.

My booking was changed at the last minute and we arrived after a long flight from Canada to a message that the two apartments I had booked were no longer available and my only choice was to take different apartments at a much less desirable location for the same price. I was in no position (travelling with young kids) to find a new place upon arrival so had to accept the new proposed set up and we stayed at 3 smaller apartments near saint lazare station. The company told me various different reasons for this move that made me feel lied to for their convenience. Eventually after a day a manger called me back and offered me a 15% discount after I complained that it wasn’t fair to be charged the same price. They also covered our shuttle to the airport but these were things I fought for they were not offered to make up for the unsatisfactory last minute change.

I cannot fault the location and price but it would be easy to remedy what I disliked which I mentioned above.

The location. No faults there.

It was very small. Confined. Shin bruises from lack of space around the bed. Bathroom skirting boards should’ve been clean. Small space between toilet and shower should’ve been cleaned. There was an accumulation of dirt there. Bed linen was open along one end. One pillow per person was too minimal.

Amazing stay

It was very secure, close to everything, especially starbucks in the morning. There were fans in the room for the hot weather we got. No keys so no stress about loosing anything. The windows were soundproofing, so it was quiet at night, even tho our windows went onto the street.

Would add extra door, to the living/bedroom room to just make it more private if it's not family.

Excellent location. Good internet. Strong hot shower. Quiet. Security good: 4 different codes to access apartment

The advertised second bedroom had a single bed, no outside light, no storage ,hooks or racks, no overhead light, no bedside table or locker, no fan. Light came from a bulb on a hook, powered from a socket near floor level. The cells in the Conciergerie looked very familiar, though without straw on the floor. The bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water, but the shower tray was shallow, and water overflowed onto the bathroom floor, and once further on to the main room floor, requiring use of all the well-worn towels to mop it up. If I stood on tiptoe I could just see my eyebrows in the bathroom mirror. Kitchen crockery was minimal, with about 3 pieces of everything. Some items were in a cupboard too high to reach. I have stayed in more amenable backpackers hostels and Youth Hostels. The crowning insult was a €20 extra charge for cleaning- not included in the price for the apartment.

The location was excellent, this was the only good thing about this place. I would never stay here again.

Where do I start? This place should have a substantially lower rating! It is bare bones basic accommodation with no support or staff on site to help. The hallway for the flats smells. Our bathroom smells like boiled cabbages/ broccoli the whole time. The toilet clogged, and we improvised with the toilet scrub brush to get it unclogged. We messaged the management office on booking.com and called the whatsapp number posted in the room for help and assistance. They promised someone would come to address the issued raised, no one came! The room smelled horrible the whole time and the ceiling fan was a joke in the 36 degree weather. Even other renters couldn't get the fans to work! Oh and there is no shower door, so water goes everywhere all over the floor. They are painting the hallway but the rooms are the things that need attention. All the finer details in the pictures are just props.

The apartments are in a great walkable location to the seine, the louvre and just a few minutes to all the best restaurants in the Latin quarter and Saint Germain

The stairs are unsafe at the top and hard to navigate with baggage. We had a few issues with cleanliness which I have sent directly to the manager to deal with.
