    We reserved a large 21 sqm room with twin beds as described in Agoda. The room size was the deciding factor to booking at Cluny Square Hotel for 2 persons. We arrived late at night tired from a long trip only to find ourselves assigned to a super tiny 14 sqm room that could hardly open our 2 large suitcases. No room to move around. Plus we didn’t know the reception was 1 flight of stairs up. The entrance to hotel is nondescript. We are having such a miserable time that I am moving out in a few days to another hotel because the staff are very uncooperative.
