    The location is superb, staff is friendly. The room is clean, but no one changes the sheets nightly anymore, I get it. The chambermaid, I believe, made sure to leave sufficient number of instant coffee packets, which was kind. My only issue with this hotel is that this must have been the tiniest room for $300.00 per night I have ever stayed in the past 30 years of traveling. I literally hit my foot at the bathroom door when i got out of bed in the morning. The distance between the edge of the bed and the bathroom door is about 29 cm. This must be a record. And I was told at the check in that we will be given a beautiful large room…

    Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I chose this property for its location & proximity to the Seine and metro. It can be a bit noisy in early evening as people pass under the windows but was quiet by 22.00. Very close to a lot of cafes, bistros & restaurants. Like a lot of lodging in Europe rooms are on the small side, but hey… most are only sleeping there and out all day. It works!

    Enjoyed our stay in the ground floor wheelchair accessible room. There are no grab rails near the WC, sink or bedroom. There is a shower seat with one grab rail. Shower is good. Bed is good. Breakfast is available for a price. There's a kettle and tea and coffee. It's the most central to all the tourists attractions and café, restaurants, bulongerie, etc. Going out in the evening is just buzzing with excitement. Deducted one star as lack of grab rails and shower door difficult to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff are excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable and available 24/7. We definitely recommend this hotel.

    Very small room. You need to turn sideways to walk past the bed, otherwise you hit the wall. Inadequate storage space. No place in bathroom for toiletries. Shower door doesn't keep water from flooding the bathroom. TV was fixed only on the final day of our stay.
