Spotless hotel & rooms. Small & cozy with everything you need for a short break away. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Rooms cleaned every day & also fresh towels. Very central location, 5 minute walk from Notre Dame & also the RER B & C trains to CDG airport. Would definitely stay here again & thanks so much to the staff for helping my solo break be a lovely relaxing one 😀

The Good:
Central location but not noisy even with restaurants below on street level. There was a working mini fridge and a safe in the room. Bed and beddings were comfortable. View of the Pantheon's dome as well as the Golden Arch (McDonald's).
The Bad:
The staff we encountered at check-in was not friendly and not welcoming. Same staff before the night we were to check-out gave us big smiles as she informs us the CDG trains the next day had no connections, and if we would like to order a taxi through her. You can draw your own conclusions.
The room has seen better days. It was small but maybe not too small by Paris 3 star standard?
The Ugly:
Upon checking into the room, found the toilet was blocked but the cleaning lady cleared it with a big plunger. Apparently, it is not unexpected by the staff for the room Expedia got.
The room itself was dusty and might be due to the AC filter cleaning being overdue, as shown by the LCD panel. The room gets dusty even after house cleaning. We saw some ants. Mould in the shower door.
