We stayed for 2 and a half weeks in a 2BR penthouse apartment. The apartments are all located on the 7th floor, every other floor below has a business or two which were only open M-F. There is an elevator to get you to the 6th floor, then about 15 stairs up to the 7th floor. I think the property manager lives on the ground floor.
Our apartment had a washer/dryer, small dishwasher, large dining table and chairs, large TV, sofa/bed in living room. We chose not to cook dinners but there was an oven and cooktop as well as a fridge, plenty of cookware and utensils. Beautiful balcony, gorgeous view over Paris rooftops. Bedrooms had TV’s and generous closets, comfy beds. One separate toilet, one bathroom with shower over a spa tub and double sinks, and one bedroom had a shower and sink in it. There was air conditioning and heating but we didn’t use either.
We ate out every night as there were so many restaurants nearby along with galleries, shops, trains stations, buses etc. all just a short walk (15 mins walk to the Louvre). It was the perfect location for us to enjoy all of Paris. The evenings were quiet which was perfect.
Secure building close to everything we needed. We absolutely LOVED our stay.
