Great location for what we were doing

The property was in a nice area and very easily accessible. The metro was close and was only only about a 15-20 minute journey to the Eiffel Tower.
The staff were extremely rude on arrival, prior to entering the accomodation we were asked for a €500 deposit or else we would be declined entry. Something that was not said on the booking confirmation, the email or any other communications prior to our arrival. When we tried to pay we was told we could only use bank cards and while trying to navigate this the employee was extremely rude to us. They raised there voice at us many times and made various snarky remarks while we were already stressed enough. Then once we finally entered the place the accomodation was nothing like online, there was holes in the walls and marks across the house which we took pictures of to avoid being blamed and subsequently having our deposit deducted. It’s not only because of the quality of the accomodation but the utter disrespect the employees showed us that I will NEVER be coming back and would HIGHLY recommend you don’t either, terrible customer service.

location. Check in and out was easy. The metro was very close. Safe area with a lot of options for food and quick shopping.

The property itself was very nice. It was clean and the rooms were big
There was a lack of facilities on the first day we were informed that tissues and soap were only free for the first day and after that, we would have to pay for it all. There were five of us and we were only provided with five mini shampoos and there was no hand wash also there was only four toilet rolls.
We were also misled about the parking the booking said that there was parking and so we assumed that it would be free however we had to pay €25 every night for it and we were only told on arriving to the property.
we were also told to clean all the dishes and we had to be wary about keeping the apartment clean otherwise we would be charged extra.
Additionally on arriving, we were told that we had to pay a 500 euro deposit we were not aware of this however after questioning them they only took €300 which makes me question just how important this deposit is it felt unprofessional. If there was a deposit, I would’ve wanted to pay it earlier, although that might be our fault for not reading the description.

The beds were okay.
1. The EUR500 deposit. But, I got it back in 3, 4 days after checking out.
2. The unfriendliness of the staff. Singh was okay - but he insisted on the deposit payment before issuing the room key.
3. Windows with no blinds -- lights from outside penetrate the windows at night, making sleeping very unpleasant.
4. Went to the adjacent boutique to ask for an official receipt. Not that welcoming - as if you have to "beg" to have it issued, finally. Prior to that, requested via e-mail for the receipt/invoice to be generated - no news up to now.

It was a comfortable room. The location was okay.
The security deposit is a huge turn off. The amount of money they demand is insane (500€ for security, really?) and it’s taking so long to get the money back. Also, we found mice in the apartment, which is unbelievably disgusting and unhygienic! The facilities are not properly cleaned and they have stains and dirt. I wouldn’t recommend it for sure. The stuff responds very slowly.

Quiet location
Not as clean as it could be. Hairdryer didn’t work and even though we contacted the person managing the property about it nobody responded. Not nice for 3 women walking out into the cold with damp hair!

It was good value for the money and comfortable for a large group and very clean. Close to metro stations and buses, also close to shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
It was very good overall, I just think they could have left more cleaning supplies, probably this would not bother people on shorter stays.

What I liked was the location, as it was close to a metro station and there were also supermarkets nearby. The bathroom was also decent, with enough space.
There are many things to point out:
1. The apartment was not that cheap, and given the condition it was in, it left much to be desired. The walls were peeling due to humidity.
2. The apartment is very small for 4 people. The "dining area" (it was just one room) only had 2 chairs, so the rest of us had to eat sitting on the bed.
3. The kitchen was extremely small, with no space for anything.
4. Finally, they charge a €500 deposit, and I wonder why and for what reason if the apartment was already in poor condition. When I tried to contact the host, nobody responded, which made me feel as if they were going to scam me. In the end, they did return the deposit, but only 7 business days later.

Comfy beds and clean apartment with good air conditioning.
We were told when booking we would have a balcony with street view which we didn’t get and we wanted separate rooms but instead just had a bed and sofa bed.

Staff was good and easy to check in but because we were booking.com guests they took deposit of 500 euros I hope I will get the rest back on time
The deposit of 500 euros theres no way you can park as it is busy street and parking is really on shady street and very tight but the parking staff is amazingly good and helpful also the kitchen needs utensils cutting board and we were group of 6 and plates and cups were less not enough for 6 people

Smells of reeking drainage, property poorly maintained, rude staff never reply to calls or texts, AC not working, no dish cloths provided. Broken door did not allow roommate any privacy. Dirty towels and sheets

The position was really good, close to everything
The check-in process is a mess. I had to make 10 calls to 3 different people just to get the keys. The elevator didn't work and we were on the 6th floor, with 2 pregnant women in our group. We were told the elevator would work on the 2nd day of our trip but when we left after 4 days it was still not working. The air conditioner also didn't work. From what we could tell there was absolutely no effort from the owners of the apartment to resolve these issues

The location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk to the nearest Metro station and very central for exploring Paris. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable for a short stay.
Be aware that there is a €500 security deposit required upon check-in, which was not clearly mentioned in the email or booking confirmation – only written in small print. It caught us by surprise and had to be paid by credit card on the spot.

the behaviour of Host - i contacted him by call. Very rude
First they ask me of 300 euro deposit as safety. which i was not aware of neither it was mentioned on his Ad.
it was late so i just followed. then i called him for the return 2 days after the stay. he guy said - i dont need your money so dont call me again. and he shut the phone. i received the money after 4 BD but the behaviour was super rude and arrogant on how he handles this.

The room offer on the platform does not match the real room apartment, the photos of the room chosen on the website are not of the room that the host is offering, there is a lack of information in the rules, such as that the deposit must be made by credit card, this information arrives later when it is no longer possible to cancel, a €500 deposit is a bad joke, not even when renting a car do they ask for such a high deposit, I traveled with my family (including 2 small children) upon arrival, the person who handed over the key told me that he would not accept any other form of payment other than credit card, even though I argued that I had already opened a case with Booking and that in the platform's assessment he would have to accept cash, he simply said, either card or street that I would have to choose and that he did not care what Booking had said.
A piece of advice, look for a hotel in the same area, it will be a little more expensive but it is worth it!

Very nice apartment and well located. The lady that helped us with the check out was very helpful.

Laundry was promoted in the property but it's in the building, not in the apartment, and only available during the week from 11 am to 6 pm, which as a tourist that's not convenient at all! No space to hang clothes at all, not a closet or hangers. Bathrooms didn't even have space for the toilet paper, so they left it on top of the trash can.

The apartment was great for our family. We traveled with three young kids, and the apartment was accessible. The location is perfect, near the public transportation, walking distance from the main landmarks in Paris, and near supermarkets, bakeries, shops, restaurants, and etc.
There was no hot/cold shower. I sent a message to the owner, but I didn't get a reply.

The location of the hotel is really good, it is close to the metro and the city center, for example, we were walking to Louvre.
We were not warned in advance that a deposit of 500 euros was required and therefore we were not allowed into the room until we paid the amount. At check-in, the employee was very rude, saying that all guests have this problem, but it wasn't her problem and she couldn't fix it.
As for the apartment, the towels and sheets were blood stained and dirty. The rooms were dirty, the shower was clogged and the water was leaking, it was impossible to wash. Fans - full of dust. It was a very bad experience, we found a complete discrepancy with the photos.

The location was good. Close to a metro and bus stop. Apartment is in close proximity to a supermarket, pharmacy and some good restaurants.
The room is quite small. Better for 2 people. The kitchenette lacks a few items. There is only 1 mirror which is in the bathroom. Would be helpful to have another one outside of the bathroom. Noise levels were very high as we had very noisy/rowdy neighbours in the room next door to ours. I messaged the host about this and did not get any response. In fact the host is totally unresponsive! Before arriving I messaged with some questions as well. I did not receive any response. Only automated messages were sent to me. The automated message regarding the collection of the key was not correct. On arriving at the apartment there was a note on the door to the building stating that the key should be collected from the clothing shop next door.
