Rent a Room - Residence Bonne Nouvelle

Large open plan living room with kitchen, large separate bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Elevator, Netflix. Plain but very comfortable facility. Non-slip shower floor. Very quick response by host for issues. Internet did not work at first, but fixed quickly. Close to Monoprix and other grocery stores, many coffee cafes. A great bakery across the street called Crouton. Metro at the corner, easy to walk to shopping areas. Go north on Rue St Denis to Rue du Faubourg St Denis or south to Marche Montoroueil. There are small family parks nearby, and easy walking in the district. Good metro access to major sights in Paris (although will need to transfer).

Don't be put off, but the block the apartment is in is a red light district. It is totally safe, and only extends for one block. The kitchen has a microwave/oven but it would require a ladder to reach it. There was only one very dull kitchen knife. While we were there, the washing machine caused a flood in the bathroom and will need to be fixed. Manager is aware.

Location, cleanliness, welcome

Nothing
