Modern. Great location. Very close to a bunch of metro lines. Centrally located to great little areas for walking, shopping, dining. However, if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep with the windows open, this is not for you. Both bedrooms open to the street which is extremely noisy from all the restaurants and foot traffic, which is what makes the neighborhood cool. If you want to keep the windows open for fresh air, that’s not an option unless you are a very heavy sleeper. The apt has fans but 3 were not working. One was near broken because it made a loud sound so you couldn’t sleep with it on. Also, one bedroom does not have black out curtains so bring a sleeping mask if you are sensitive to light.

Convenient location provided a great base for 4 friends to explore Le Marais district and other Paris attractions. Close to 2 Metro stations, a Monoprix for groceries, and lots of dining options.
