Very tight spot for a family of 5, once bedding in main living room out down.

The location and amount of sleeping space was great.

The bedroom tv was busted, the living room tv did not work and the heat did not remain on during a very cold stay. Also, the shower doors were very unstable falling completely off the track at one point. The apartment manager did send someone to fix the shower door and turned the heat on that warmed the apartment for a period before the heat turned off again. The man they sent was very caring and helpful but he didn’t have any type of ID that proved he worked for the management company. He did give me his WhatsApp contact should any other problems arrive. I say check the functionality of all the appliances at the start of your stay because we might have been charged for that broken tv had we not turned it on to see it was cracked because we had no notification of the damage before checking in.

Location was good, as it was easy to access the Metro. A vast amount of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 2 laundry facilities near the accommodation was good as a dryer was needed (the ad for the property said there was a dryer, but there was only a washing machine). Bathroom was a good size. Felt safe as it was a 'gated' apartment- code needed to get inside the complex.

No tumble/clothes dryer (advertisement said there was a tumble dryer there). TV didn't work. No TV in the main bedroom (image on the advertisement showed there was meant to be one). Heating didn't work in the main bedroom. I saw from a previous review that the wooden panel beneath the kitchen cupboard was broken, this was still broken on our arrival. Noise during the night from neighbouring apartments woke us up many times during the nights: sounds of slamming metal doors as people entered and exited their apartments. On arrival there was thick blob of dried blood on the main bedroom floor near the bed, reported to owner, but no reply received. I had to move the bed over it to avoid contact with it.
