The location of the property is very good for us to find different types of restaurants, such as Thai, Vietnam, French.
The outside of the property is very dark and let our kids scary. It is better to turn on an adequate lighting at night.

The best thing about the apartment is the location because it was right beside a supermarket and the metro and was accessible
there were a few points of disrepair that needed focus, such as lower stairs The flat smelled bad due to the humidity or dampness in the basement. The floor of the flat was not clean, there were stains and dust on the furniture. , bathroom was on the top floor so it is not accessible for anyone who can’t climb stairs too much.
