Great location, everything we needed in the apartment

Very spacious with plenty of room for our family. It’s in a great location, secure entry with a code to the foyer then access to the lift via a fob with a minute walk to the metro station Sébastopol and a 10 minute walk to a street with many bars and restaurants. There’s also a McDonalds there as well. On the next corner from the apartment is Bistro Giselle which did beautiful breakfasts. We didn’t have a tv remote but one was delivered quickly and were were able to leave our suitcases in the office all day which was great as we had an evening flight

There’s a couple of touch me up things needed but these were mainly cosmetic. An additional key would be good, especially if you are in a large group and some want to go back earlier/at different times

Favorable stay

It was great location. Kitchen was very helpful and the whole apartment was very spacious. We are a group of 13, and we all fit with more space to roam around the apartment.

The check in process. The keys are not in the lockbox when we access it using the code provided. The check in time is at 4pm and the cleaners are not done yet cleaning past 4pm.

If you only care about having enough beds-- it has enough beds. If you want a a nice neighborhood or a comfortable stay

It was working close walking distance of many places, and it has lots of beds.

The heating/cooling system was broken, and the office was unhelpful and unresponsive. When I notified them that the apartment was roasting and my kids were sweating and miserable they told me that they knew that the air system was broken but that it couldn't be fixed during our stay. SO THEY KNEW IT WAS BROKEN AND DIDN'T TELL US BEFORE WE CAME!!! We could've made different arrangements had they told us, but no-- zero communication. They kept on telling me they would call me back later. I should've been given some kind of compensation for the terrible heat situation, but once again, despite repeated attempts, they did not respond to my concerns. Also, the actual street/neighborhood is sketchy- the street is covered with graffiti and we saw someone try to break into a car right outside. The street smelled terrible... extreme uterine stench.

Niestety nie mogę ocenić wybranego apartamentu, gdyż nastąpiła awaria i pękła rura w obiekcie. W ramach rekompensaty dostałam większy apartament - czysty, komfortowy, dobrze wyposażony, zlokalizowany w bardzo dogodnym miejscu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z biurem.

Wir haben die Zeit im Apartment sehr genossen.

Das Appartement war sehr schön, gross und geräumig. Die Betten waren extrem bequem. Die Lage ist super. Man ist sehr schnell an einer Metro Station und hat direkt in der Nähe eine Bäckerei und ein Waschsalon. Es eignet sich gut für Ferien mit Kindern.

Die Abwaschmaschine war nicht sauber und hat gestunken, man müsste sie unbedingt einmal ganz gründlich reinigen. Der WC Deckel verrutscht. Ständig, er passt nicht auf das WC.

La ubicación muy céntrica. Muchos sitios cerca para comer/cenar y a una distancia que permite ir andando a muchos lugares de interés.

Había varios desperfectos en el apartamento (la cafetera tenía el depósito de agua roto, la tostadora no funcionaba). Poco suministro de limpieza y básicos (papel wc). La limpieza podía ser algo más profunda.

部屋の電気が切れていたり、暗かった。 8泊でもタオルの交換がなかったのは、困った。包丁が切れにくい、欠けてるお皿が多かった。掃除機が無くて困った。
