Location was good

The room we had was up 2 flights of steps, the second set being narrow and winding. It was difficult to get luggage up and down. There was not a lift to this side of the property. We found it difficult to find. There was one window that didn't have a curtain and although it was frosted, it let light in. The room had not been cleaned sufficiently as items were found on the side (a tooth pick) There was only one pillow per person.

Great location!

Location was amazing, 2 minutes walking to metro, plenty of cafes and shops around, walking distance to Cite. Room was big enough, heaters worked perfectly. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. we communicated on whatsapp only, it was ok, response was quick and the operator was helpful.

Getting into the room was a bit complicated, there's a secret door and we really needed help to make our way. There's no elevator and we had to drag our heavy suitcases onto 2nd floor (they do have other rooms from a different entrance with the lift, tho). it was December and towels didn't dry, there's no room service and towels are not changed. (But we finally figured it out and dried them on the heater in the room)

Safety not valued, homeless person sleeping in property

While we stayed there there was a homeless man that slept in the main hallway, past the coded entrance. We let the team know asap and nothing was done the first night. We highlighted that it was quite unsafe and we told to wait and let housekeeping know at 10am the next day. This then occurred again for the second night and again nothing was done and we were told there was no need for concern as our room was coded, despite the fact that this person slept outside our room and had the code for the front door of property and subsequent code into the property which consists of maybe 4 rooms total. We requested an immediate refund so we could seek alternate accomodation which was not responded too and on follow up was only refunded 10% 2 weeks later despite this disrupting our whole holiday as the person was so loud it wasnt possible to sleep. Also on our first day the toilet flushed back into the shower. This property did not value safety or appropriately action any request (e.g. just changing a door code or sending some assistance)

It was cancelled a few hours before we arrived, they sent the address of another property but we had no way to get in, communication stopped and the phone calls we made didn’t help. it was late, cold, very dark by 7pm we had to find alternate accommodation and get out of the city due to witnessing a few people getting mugged.

Location Beautiful building

The poor response from the apartment host. Two out of three times when we couldn’t enter the building due to the outside key code not working nobody could let us in. I was asked to video myself pressing the buttons and attempting to open the door…. I did what I was asked, sent it to the number they asked and still no one replied As I’ve since read in the many bad reviews of this place…. We had to wait (once over half hour) for another resident to exit the building to get in This was just not good enough…. Especially in the rain!!! One morning I sent a message to the hotels point of contact informing them of the problem, allowing them the whole day to respond……. I had a message back the following day???????

Everything subpar, I don't recommend

there was sufficient toiletpaper.....and the matras wasn't half-bad! Great location, though

The 3 different doorcodes and instructions were confusing; took me some time to get in. The (cramped) room and furniture were subpar - cheap, basic, uninviting, metal chairs and table, felt a bit like a prison cell. There was a big space of at least 1 cm between the door and the hallway, so light came through and also the noise from people obviously. I had to stuff it close myself with towels. I still heard the people on the hallway, but also I felt the shakes from every door being closed on the floor. It's very noisy in general. Also, when I arrived the room smelled like chemical cleaning material, Antikal if I am not mistaken. I guess they cleaned the whole room with it, cuz I fell asleep in a cloud of chemical cleaning fumes. So if you appreciate a bit of comfort and privacy, this is not the place to go - especially for that price.

Disappointing customer service

Convenient location close to Metro.

The property needed a thorough clean and both the ceiling fan and safe did not work. Because of the fan issue we needed to leave the balcony doors open to cool the property but this made sleeping impossible due to the noisey street below. The property managers were fairly useless and were not able to resolve the situation during our stay.

Dodgy unsecure apartment hotel in otherwise elegant building.

The location was very central located just off Rue Rivoli.

Its an dodgy apartment hotel, not an apartment. You have to enter the apartment through a hidden backdoor, passing through a dark cellar like corridor. The interior is low budget and neither personal or welcoming. It faces a back yard which is more of a a gritty ventilation shaft. There is no extra fire exit but the narrow back yard staircase you enter through. A very unpleasant experience for a family at these prices.

Perfect location, great room for a short stay

Perfect location - beautiful streets, close to attractions/restaurants, felt very safe. If I returned to Paris, I would stay in this area again. Well priced for the stay considering the negatives.

Very hot during summer as there was no aircon. I would pay more to have this next time. I also wished they had specified that there was a different entrance to our room as we had walked up 2x flights of stairs to the wrong room, then had to go down and walk up a further 2x flight of stairs. We would have loved if there was a cold bottle of water in the fridge for when we got to the room too due to the heat. The fridge also smelled like fish??

A good spot in the heart of Paris

Location is key. Close to cafes, grocery store and public transit. It had all the necessary items for a short stay

No way to cool the place down in a 40 degrees heat. The additional room seemed a bit small, but it fit our family of 4. The fact that the hallway doubles as a storage facility feels like a fire hazard and is an unwelcoming sight

Unfortunately we had difficulty getting access to the premises as the instructions did not make it clear that you needed to touch the last digit and push the entrance door immediately once inside it was not clear the 2nd numbers opened the middle foyer. No comfy chairs to sit down

The property was exactly as shown and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was small but facilities worked well. Plenty of equipment was provided within the kitchenette area and when the breakfast was delivered there were even some pods for the coffee machine and some nice touches. The location was fabulous with transport links within easy walking distance, tourist attractions also very nearby as well as nimbus shops, bars and restaurants.

Unfortunately the weather was extremely hot (32 degrees) and we struggled without air conditioning.

The location was amazing, so close to Notre dame and the Louvre. The accomodation was really clean and tidy with all the basics you might need. Ideal for being busy during the day and just needing a central place to sleep

Incorrect door code given and unable to access property. Resident eventually let us in but the host/agent did not sort out the access issue for the entire stay. Every time we went out we were stranded outside until a resident could let us in. Very poor service.

Excellent location and a comfortable stay

The communication prior to arriving was excellent. The instructions on how to access your room are worth reading carefully and having to hand when you arrive - other reviews mention issues with this but the instructions do work, just follow them and don't assume. It was a bit like an escape room to get in! Our two girls loved the adventure!! The location is tremendous, we loved it. The room was clean and comfortable, the table and small kitchen was very welcome.

The bathroom is tired and only clean enough. It needs some attention.

Loved Budapest.

Beautifully remodelled apartment with great amenities is quiet and comfortable. Tram runs across the street and metro/ buses are a block and a half away. Very close to Central market, shopping, and restaurants.

The weather was cool and the main heat turns off May 1, but it has a heater in the air conditioner.

It's my first situation in life that we arrived to not prepared apartment with total mess inside. We tried to contact anyone but they couldn't find solution and in the late afternoon we had to find other place to stay. They promised money return but till now we didn't receive even an response on the email

The location was handy to restaurants & sites to visit

Our room wasn’t ready by our allotted check in time. There wasn’t a facility for us to leave our luggage while our room was being cleaned from last night’s guests. We were to have our room by 2pm. We came back at 3pm then 4pm then waited on the stairs until 4.30pm to get into our apartment. The appartments aren’t that big to take so long to clean them. No view from the windows, hot & stuffy overnight. Very dated with few ammenities. Lucky it was just one night. ☹️
