Excellent location, great apartment. Would book again

Fantastic location. We had great communication with Arnaud who came back very quickly on a few questions. Apt was lovely We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others

We didn't cook our meals in the apartment, but used the dishes for a few take-out meals we brought back to the apartment.The apartment is located near major museums and sites, and there is a metro station only steps away from the front door.

The highlights were the location of the apartment as we were right in the thick of everything and could walk to most tourist attractions. There is a metro station right out the apartment door and plenty of shops and restaurants. Our daughters, especially like the bakery across the road for breakfast. It did not bother us, but others should realize that you are in the heart of the action and there are people up and about outdoors all hours of the day and night. If you are super sensitive to noise, this might bother you when trying to sleep at night. Another highlight was that this apartment has many, many, very large windows for natural light and fun people watching. The size of the apartment was also relatively large I think for being in downtown Paris. The hardest thing for us was that the apartment has been smoked in, and smelt deeply of smoke. This was very hard for our entire group, but especially for one who suffers from allergies. There is also a dog who must regularly live in the apartment. For traveling, it would have been better to have fewer knickknacks and items taking up table and counter space however, we believe that the owner lives there normally and rents it out to travellers on occasion, so it is also his home. The owner communicated fairly clearly with us and checking in was quite easy. The sofa bed is a little bit tiny for two, so one of our daughters actually slept on the “leg” of the couch and the other on the sofa bed.
