HostnFly offers this 49 m² duplex apartment, converted from a former commercial storefront with a large window directly overlooking a pedestrian street. It does not have any windows that open. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for a family or friends, it combines comfort and a central location for a pleasant stay in Paris.

The souplex, a former commercial space with a large window, located on the ground floor facing the street, consists of :
On the ground floor:
- a sleeping area with a double bed. It opens onto the living room and is separated by curtains. This layout is ideal for family or close friends, but may not be suitable for those seeking complete acoustic or visual privacy between the two sleeping areas.
- a living room with a sofa bed
Due to street noise, we advise light sleepers to bring earplugs.
In the basement, accessible by stairs:
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen.
- a shower room -
separate toilets
This apartment combines practicality and charm, offering all the amenities for a pleasant stay, including: TV, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron, hairdryer, etc. Bed linens and towels are provided, and professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay.
The location is perfect for exploring the many bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. A "Monoprix" supermarket and a "Montorgeuil" pharmacy are only 500 meters from the apartment.
During your stay, you will have easy access to iconic Parisian sites such as:
La Tour Jean sans Peur (1 minute on foot).
The Museum of Illusions Paris (4 minutes).
The Pompidou Centre (9 minutes).
The Palais-Royal Gardens and the Louvre Museum (13 minutes).

The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.
Covid-19 fighting products (EN 14476) will be used to clean the apartment with a specific care of surfaces, keys, doorknobs and switches
Linen will be provided by professional that use industrial machine at high temperature

The 1st arrondissement, the historical and geographical center of Paris, is, as the 2nd, 3rd and 4th arrondissements, is a small neighborhood. And yet, it will take you a long time to go around it, as it is full of historical buildings and places more remarkable than the others. Museums, palaces, mansions, cafes, restaurants and shops await you at every corner.
But it is not only a museum neighbourhood, as the district of Chatelet-les Halles is an axis of passage and also a major meeting place for Parisians.
