WS Hôtel de Ville - Le Marais

The location is perfect. Very close to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Also close to the metro. The apartment was clean and spacious. Ideal place for a bigger group

It was clean enough just basic suppose

The pillow were very flimsy no comfort in them at all The light sensors don’t come on when entering the property which means your left in pitch black trying to open the second door

Very good location with easy metro access and walkability to many interesting places.

It’s a bit small, but… what can you do?

Great location, close to many big branded shops.5 mins walk to Le Notre Dame, 20mins walk to Le Louvre, around 5km walk to Eiffel Tower. Kitchen provided everything we needed and included a small fridge. Shower has great pressure which is a plus.

Communication!! A lot of welcoming messages before check in but after checking in, I sent messages on Booking.com and whatsapp number provided just outside the door but no response. We stayed 4 nights and wanted new towels and to get rid of trash but no one answered. Wanted to ask if we could leave our luggage and no answer either. Please improve your communication with your customers as it was really disappointing. We're in the middle of heat wave so the one fan provided in each room was not enough, the room was like a furnace but I'd imagine it'd be really nice in autumn or winter. Before check in, host messaged saying TV isn't working and would refund 10% of stay which I'm still waiting for a response.
