location is just fantastic, very center of Le Marais, metro is few steps away - everything is super close
there is no air-conditioning, one fan above the bed did not work, impossible to wide open windows, so I guess in the summer it might be quite hot in the apartment

Location, price, breakfast boxes very good, coffee machine, many restaurants nearby, close to Notre Dame (main reason for visit), easy to find.
Be better with smaller bed, or bunk beds in second room.
WE were sent an incorrect code number for one of the four (yes, four!) entry points; fortunately the telephone number was staffed, so we did get in. Final entrance difficult with bags, no lift. Lack of cutlery eg only one knife. Second bedroom very cramped. Walls very thin (next doors TV!), windows did not stay open. One bedside light not working
