We were satisfied with the accommodation. Accommodation is in the center near the sights, airport , around the corner supermarkets and bakery for morning coffee and breakfast, restaurants. Rooms and kitchen clean, there were enough dishes available. Bathroom nice with enough toiletries.
The elevator didn't work twice, which was a bit of a problem for our slightly disabled mother because the stairs are quite steep. But we managed it 🙂 On Friday night she was playing in a nearby club until 7am on Saturday, so there was some noise. But I don't consider any of this to be a big problem.

Loved the lively area. Very comfortable, especially the beds.
Noisy late at night, but the windows, when closed, significantly reduced it. It would have been coffee pellets and more bottles for our first day.

The owner was easy to communicate with, and was kind enough to leave us two large bottles of water for our stay. An added bonus was a washer in the unit - which we didn't remember/expect from the listing. Perfect location for exploring Paris right within the 4th arrondissement - easy access to the Metro/buses/bike rental, great food options within the same block (we really enjoyed breakfasts at the Urban Baker on the corner and takeout dinner one night from Bistrot Beaubourg right outside the door). Comfortable bed, modern and clean shower/bathroom/linens. Lovely balcony to enjoy a glass of wine. If we're back in Paris, we would 100% stay here again.
