This is a very nice apartment on the 5th floor, accessible by an elevator. It faces in toward a courtyard so it was very quiet. It’s clean and well appointed. The apartment is close to many sites for easy access to walk to hop on the metro. Many good restaurants and coffee shops are all around. Two friends stayed and it was nice to have a comfortable sofa bed. Coffee pods were appreciated!
One morning the elevator was not working and the stairwell was a little dark. But we made do.

Great location
Property could really do with some TLC, huge marks on the walls where previous leaks or somethings marked walls. A lick of paint would really make difference.

The location, decore and cleanliness
The apartment came up on a search of Booking.com for 2 adults and 2 children. I assumed this would then mean as a minimum a double bed and a sofa double bed. There was no sofa bed it was a corner sofa. We managed with the kids being so young but it was not quite what was expected.
