Precioso apartamento, muy céntrico y preciosas vistas sobre los tejados de Paris. Un lujo poder disfrutar de la ciudad desde esta ubicación. Muy bien comunicado con el transporte público. Excelente comunicación con el propietario, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Repetimos seguro!

La posizione è stata molto utile per i miei spostamenti e per i servizi a disposizione nelle vicinanze. La vista dall’appartamento era veramente bella.

"Soggiorno perfetto! L'appartamento ha soddisfatto pienamente tutta la mia famiglia, gli spazi sono freschi e ben areati grazie alle numerose finestrette, i letti sono comodissimi. La cucina, seppur piccola, è attrezzatissima e non manca davvero nulla. Il vero punto di forza sono i quattro balconcini, che offrono una vista davvero spettacolare e stupenda sulla città. La posizione è comodissima ed estremamente strategica, vicina alla stazione per la metro e ai treni diretti per l'aeroporto. Un elogio speciale va all'host Benjamin perfetto in tutto, rapidissimo nelle risposte e chiarissimo nelle indicazioni per il check-in e il ritiro delle chiavi. Consigliatissimo!"

Beautiful, spacious Parisian apartment in the heart of the city with lovely views of the rooftops, the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur from the balconies. Fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and capsules. Despite the heat wave, the two fans made the stay possible. Ideal for a family of four, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops just outside.

Communication and guest management were disappointing. We arrived as a family of four to find the sofa bed not prepared, and the check-in information never mentioned that guests had to open it up themselves. We waited over 2.5 hours for a response to our calls and messages. At checkout, no effort was made to accommodate our request for just one extra hour, and we returned to find housekeeping had already entered and packed our belongings. The bathtub also drained very slowly, requiring us to pause our showers several times.
