The location and amenities of the apartment were awesome however the communication from Belvilla was challenging, we never received welcome information and I had to request it the day after we got there. Also the apartment is situated above restaurants that played music until 3/4am every night which really disturbed our sleep during our vacation

The location of the apartment is great, the check in instructions were clear, the beds were firm, the price was right and the apartment is well appointed.

The location of this apartment was fantastic. You have amazing restaurants, lots of supermarkets and are within walking distance to several iconic tourist spots. The amenities in the apartment were also great, perfect for my in-laws, my husband and I as well as our 9yr old son.That being said, this apartment was very noisy. Every night we could hear loud music playing until 2am/3am in the morning, which I’m assuming came from the restaurants/bar on the main level of the building but it really made a negative impact on our vacation when no one is sleeping well. Also the communication was very confusing, we booked VRBO however the property was managed by Belvilla and the communication was not the best. We checked in early however didn’t receive our welcome email with important information until I contacted them and requested it a full day into our vacation.
