About this apartment rental
My apartment has 2 bedrooms with a large modern and elegant living room, completely renovated and air-conditioned (portable air conditioning), it is located in the center of Paris in the 3rd arrondissement. Halfway between rue Montorgueil, Place des Victoires, the Marais district and the Beaubourg center, you are surrounded by trendy cafes and restaurants. This apartment is ideal for a typically Parisian stay with family or friends.

First the pros: Good safe location. Near Metro but due to mobility issues we used cabs and had no problem getting them outside the front door. Lots of restaurants that didn't show up on Google Maps or Earth. Grocery store one block up well stocked. The apartment was lovely, as pictured, clean and although we didn't cook the kitchen seemed well equipped. It was surprisingly quiet for such a busy corner. For the most part the management team was very response . Cons: The controls for one of the showers were broken. Not just broken, but looked broken off, rendering the shower unusable. Hard to imagine that no one, cleaning crew, management team, etc. noticed or reported it. After a lot of back and forth the first night (I sent pictures) and next day they asked if we wanted them to "intervene" I guess that meant someone to "fix" it but we only had a couple more nights there and didn't want the inconvenience of workmen to deal with so we said we would all just continue to use the other shower even though we had specifically chosen this apartment because it had two bathrooms. I assume the heaters are on a timer and it would have been nice to know. The first night was rainy and cold and we spent a lot of time trying to get the apartment warm. There is a lot of broken wood piled in spots on the balcony maybe to keep people from walking the length of it. It really is a hazard and should be cleaned up. All in all, if the issues with the shower and wood were rectified this would be and ideal apartment for a long stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The check in process was a little wonky but we figured it out. This unit is in a great location.

Second shower is not operational. One queen bed is uneven/broken. Communication with rental office was difficult. Host did not answer messages. Location is great. Rest of apartment is very nice and functional.
