This 2 bedroom flat sleeps up to 4 people in the centre of Paris, reaching Notre Dame Cathedral and the Louvre within a 15-minute walk.

The open-plan living room and kitchen is modern and warm, offering a large sofa, an armchair and a coffee table by the TV and library. The room is filled with natural light coming through the large windows overlooking the neighbourhood. The dining table sits 4 people comfortably between the kitchen and the sitting area. The kitchen is fitted with a breakfast bar and stools and is fully equipped with all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, induction hob, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine.
STUDY AREA
A cosy study area with a desk and chair is located at the entrance in the flat before stepping into the living room.
FIRST BEDROOM
This charming bedroom is fitted with a double bed, bedside cabinets, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
SECOND BEDROOM
Situated between the kitchen and the main bedroom, this spare room is fitted with a double sofa bed.
BATHROOM
Crisp white interiors and swaths of marble-style surfaces, this sleek little bathroom features a walk-in shower, single wash basin, and WC.

Our hostess Marie-Jo was already waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around the apartment in great details. We enjoyed the neighborhood very much, even with all the noise late into the night! The location was very convenient.

The apartment is located conveniently by a metro stop and by many many restaurants. The bedroom is very comfortable and the kitchen has every possible thing you’d need for cooking.
The street was extremely loud in the evening until 1a.m. The outdoor cafes and nearby nightclub can be heard loudly in the living room. The bedroom is in the back of the apartment, so that is quieter. The toilet is separate from the shower, so anyone who needs to use the toilet in the night needs to go down 3 steps from the bedroom, down a hallway, through the living room and to the front door of the apartment where the toilet is located. Any older guests might have trouble with this.
In colder weather there might not be so much outdoor noise on the street.
