Great location. Fans provided for heat wave were appreciated. Right in middle of restaurant junction.

Some maintenance issues with power points and blown lights. Hosts assured us they would be attended to.

It was spacious clean very homely and comfortable The location was perfect

The shower after a bit was getting cold , sorry didn’t get chance to tell the host, I’m sure they would have fixed the issue

A charming apartment in a lively area of the 4th arrondissement, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay of a few days, including a washer-dryer, which was a great convenience.

Unfortunately, we stayed during a heatwave, and the apartment does not have air conditioning. Although there were three fans provided, they made very little difference. The apartment was significantly hotter than outside, with temperatures reaching 38°C on one of the days we were there. After just one night, we had to book alternative accommodation with air conditioning because the heat was unbearable. The high temperatures also appeared to cause the Wi-Fi router to overheat, leaving us without Wi-Fi or TV for much of our stay. We contacted the concierge via WhatsApp for assistance but received only one unhelpful response before our messages were ignored. I’m sure this apartment would be much more enjoyable during a cooler time of year. The flooring is beautiful, although it creaks quite loudly when walking around. Storage space is also very limited. The building itself felt secure, but there was often a homeless man who appeared intoxicated sleeping on the steps outside. While he did not interact with us, the surrounding area did not feel particularly safe to us, and based on our experience, we would not choose to stay in this part of Paris again.
