L'emplacement de cet appartement est unique, à côté du Centre Pompidou. Il est également très joliment décoré. Artistique, pourrait-on même dire. Frédéric est également un hôte très agréable.

For art lovers! This accommodation is in the best location in Paris—who else can stay overnight with a view of the Centre Pompidou? The apartment is like a design museum—we wish we had such beautiful furniture at home! And then there are the pictures... Simply a dream—we will never forget this stay!

A lot of rules all around the flat (stickers with rules everywhere) + the house rule A4 paper sent on mail

Too many instructions from owner. Very bad knowledge of english language - miscommunication. The bathroom was dirty and we have to clean it first. We didn't get our full deposit back because we changed our check-out time day before leaving - because of the traffic and switching metros and train we decided to go one hour earlier - the owner doesn't understand that we are all foreigners in a big town such as Paris and that we are on holidays and not in the military camp where everything must be done in seconds!
