L'emplacement de cet appartement est unique, à côté du Centre Pompidou. Il est également très joliment décoré. Artistique, pourrait-on même dire. Frédéric est également un hôte très agréable.

For art lovers! This accommodation is in the best location in Paris—who else can stay overnight with a view of the Centre Pompidou? The apartment is like a design museum—we wish we had such beautiful furniture at home! And then there are the pictures... Simply a dream—we will never forget this stay!

A lot of rules all around the flat (stickers with rules everywhere) + the house rule A4 paper sent on mail

A very comprehensive guide to the apartment and its do's (very limited) and don'ts (it's like Jessica Fletcher has written the list). Excellent location. Washing machine and scooter in the downstairs toilet - you can multi-task if inclined! Getting to hold the key like a pistol to open the door (a key rule). You are encouraged to use the Dyson - even during you're welcome call you'll be asked to give it the once over!

Too many tedious house rules - notes are posted all over the apartment telling you what not to do. It is a one bedroom apartment with a pulldown bed in living room. The third bed is a mattress on a platform in the main bedroom. There is no balcony as stated. The deposit was 2/3rd of the cost of the entire stay. It took quite a while to get it back. There is nowhere to store luggage - forbidden to take it upstairs. There is only a hanging rail available. Shoes must be left outside the door in a common area - another rule. There is no cloth to wipe water from the worktops as you are not allowed to leave them wet but without kitchen roll or a cloth this is difficult to adhere to this rule. Given the amount of shelves and stuff on them the place was dusty.
