Location was good, within walking distance to what we wanted to do in Paris.
The staircase was a real challenge with our heavy luggage.
There was a bad smell in the staircase area.
No sink plug in the room.
The size of the second bedroom was tiny.

O didn’t receive all codes to access the property before hand o had to call
No room service they don’t change towels o stayed 2 nights but this could be a problem if you stay more days

Great location, rooms clean and has everything you need for a short stay.
unfortunately there was no wifi. we understand there was issue but it didn’t get fixed for the time we stayed. Also as a suggestion- having a bigger/ better pillows or even adding two extra pillows would really make a change to get that comfortable sleep.

Excellent location close to everything. Staff were responsive and very helpful, and the breakfast boxes were well stocked and arrived on time.
The bathroom shower and skirting boards were filthy, beds were hard and the linen smelt damp. We would have liked additional pillows.
