This is a great place for a young couple or professionals coming to work or play in Paris.

Excellent location close to everything. Staff were responsive and very helpful, and the breakfast boxes were well stocked and arrived on time.

The bathroom shower and skirting boards were filthy, beds were hard and the linen smelt damp. We would have liked additional pillows.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location

The property was in an excellent location near to several key attractions, including Notre Dame and the Louvre. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was good. The apartment had everything needed for our stay. The company even contacted mid stay to ask if we required new towels. Others have complained about the stairs to the property but this is very common in apartments like this in Paris due to the nature of the buildings.

Nothing, aside of a little room noise of a night time but again to be expected. Shower door needs fixing but didn’t impair the quality of the shower

Terrible. Don’t stay here.

I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The only positive was the location and being able to leave. Communication and support from the management was practically non existent. We arrived to a major issue with an excruciating loud broken bathroom fan so we were unable to spend time in the apartment and went straight out, despite being very tired. Tried to contact the hosts to help but to no avail. Returned late at night to spend time in the property to realise it was dirty, the floors especially. Couldn’t take our shoes off and had to throw our socks away. Bathroom stank, bedding didn’t feel clean at all - smelt damp and fusty. The beds were the worst beds I’ve ever laid down on. So uncomfortable and we are covered in bites which I’m certain are from this apartment. We gave up at 6 am and left. There was hair all over the bathroom even on the walls and the smell in the bathroom was overwhelming. The apartments are also up 3 flights of very steep dangerous stairs with no lift which, if I’d have known, I wouldn’t have booked as I was travelling with my child. The traffic noise from outside was also constant all night and very loud. If we had known this, again we wouldn’t have booked but this was not advertised. I’ve since tried to contact management again and had no reply. I tried to rectify whilst there and today but I have had no response despite being promised this when I originally called and emailed. Terrible service and appalling apartment.

Disappointing.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable..

Fridge was not cold and we specifically booked for the fridge as we had medication we needed to keep refrigerated. Freezer was completely frozen over. Instructions for stove top and tv were outdated and belonged to a different tv and stove top. Communication with hosts were quick, but the information kept changing so was very confusing. No kettle in the room even though it was advertised as a fully equipped room. Stuffy and hot.

Great Apartment in the heart of Paris

The location was excellent. Loads of bars and restaurants within steps. The accommodation was perfect for a short stay in Paris and very reasonable. The apartment had everything you needed. The staff contact was excellent. From afar (messaging) they kept checking we were okay and offered new towels, toilet roll, soap, etc. Absolutely brilliant!

I didn't notice like anything. I have noticed from previous reviews that the bad points (low star ratings) were due to being too noisy, too many stairs, etc, etc. I feel I have to highlight that the location was so good for restaurants and bars, that of course it is in a busy area. Unless you stay 20km outside of Paris then everywhere is busy. Any noise people complain about can be reduced by the shutters. Yes, there are stairs up to the apartment, but only 50. I highlight again, the apartment had everything you could need and more.

Stay somewhere else!!!

1. The road noise made it impossible to have a good night’s sleep. Couldn’t get to sleep with it (even with ear plugs) and got woken up by noise during the night and early mornings. We were exhausted by the end of our stay. The location is good but the noise means you cannot sleep. 2. There is no aircon or working fan in the main room. The heat is stifling and also makes it impossible to sleep. You cannot sleep with a window open as the noise would be worse. 3. Not even hand soap was provided. 4. Safe not working and was locked open. 4. Host didn’t respond to my messages asking for soap or about the broken safe. 5. Host offered to change towels and toilet paper which we accepted but they never came. 6. We arrived for 3pm check in but the apartment wasn’t ready until 3:20 and we were chasing to get in. 7. You have to walk up the equivalent of 3-4 normal floors up narrow thin steps with your case. 8. They tried to get in at 9:30am and 10:30am on the day of our departure! 9. The apartment is run down and not looking like the photos. 10. The bed makes you feel even more hot. 11. There is no storage at all. Not even a drawer. It’s too small for three people. 12. The little bedroom is actually partitioned in the main bedroom so no privacy and it gets even hotter than the main room. 13. It’s the smallest shower and has no door or curtain 14. Basically there’s a fridge and sink but it’s so small in the flat you couldn’t comfortably cook there so makes it pointless. 15. The room wasn’t the cleanest of places and the bed linen was all stained. The location is central and near a good restaurant area but the lack of sleep and heat make it not worth it.

Location is good. But the road is a main road and very noisy at night. Police and emergency sirens very loud most nights

Mould in the bathroom shower. See photos of our shower surrounds and mould. Door latch on bathroom broken. Shower screen off its rail. In July, very, very hot in the room. 38 celcius. We had a temperature gauge. 2 very small fans still kept the room hot. Check in was 3pm. But only 2 hours before check in the Hotel messaged us the room was not ready, do not come till 5pm. So with bags after a long flight our family had to wait another 2 hours till a late 5pm check in. Avoid this place. A great disappointment all around. Note. There are 4 security codes, and four doors, and 2 flights of steep stairs to get to your room, this might be difficult for some people.

Bedbugs

The location is very good, you can walk everywhere (Louvre museum, Eifel, Triumpf arque...) but it is quite noisy because the windows are facing the main street.

There is no air conditioning, the fan only works when the light is on, we had to sleep without ventilation at night. There was no possibility to turn off the fan in the bathroom at night. There was a musty smell, we found the towels still damp/wet and folded on the bed. The towels and bed linen were dirty, dirty spotted, they should be changed. But we were shocked when we checked out and noticed bedbug bites. We stayed for 2 nights, and we were bitten really badly. Not reccomended.

Fabulous location dead central - did what it said on the tin - we were very comfortable.

Everything was great. Only negative I would say was the 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Also, we stayed in a different apartment on the first night with a number of differences in floor level. I fell over.

Location was great!

There was a speciality coffee machine in which pods were not provided, if no coffee provided have a regular coffee machine. Asked for bathroom soap on first day - they kept saying it was coming, upon check out after four nights did not get the soap. Amenities in room are sparse. Someone else said - too many codes to remember. City tax amount just add to room rate.

Bed bugs

location was good, apartment was a good size

unfortunately there were bedbugs in our bed during our stay which really ruined the trip for us, I contacted the property through both booking.com and their email (to which when previously contacted they replied within the hour) but have not received a response on either! I’m not one to leave bad reviews, especially if our issues can be sorted in private but unfortunately we have been ignored and we don’t know if this issue has been resolved for the people staying after us.

Lovely and light apartment in a good location

This was a great little apartment in a central location that was perfect for a dad and his two daughters (12 and 9). Lovely big windows, loads of light, comfortable beds and decent breakfast boxes left outside the front door every morning at an early hour which meant we could get out and sightsee without being impacted. The one gripe we had - and this may have been due to the fact it was Valentines Day in the interim - I emailed and WhatsApped (on the numbers provided) to get the apartment freshened up (cleaning of bins, fresh sheets, toilet rolls etc) but this was clearly ignored for 30 odd hours, and only replied to on the morning we were due to check out. Apologies were given but no reason provided for why those repeated requests were simply ignored from the night before Valentines Day until the mid-morning after. Overall, a good apartment, great location and comfortable stay - we would stay again but perhaps we would need to be more forceful with our cleaning requests.

A romantic nestle shrouded in the magic of Paris! 🇫🇷

Position is super-strategic, right at the crossing between Rue du Louvre and Rue Etienne Marcel, hence enjoying Marais district within 5 minutes walk and the Opéra/Bourse shopping area no further than 10 minutes walk (Louvre museum itself is 10 minutes away). Real quiet location and functional facilities. Highly recommended for all-day trekkers!

Unfortunately the building - as often happens in Paris - is not equipped with lift.

Great location - extremely uncomfortable in summer - almost unbearable

Great location, safe, walking distance to many sites

Absolutely do not stay here in summer. There’s no air conditioning and we were given a faulty fan that even after raising it several times with management, was not fixed or replaced. There’s no ventilation. We had to sleep with the windows open. There’s also 4 different codes you have to enter before you can even get into your room which was bizarre and a hassle. There’s no elevators so it’s difficult to carry luggage up so many stairs but luckily a man from housekeeping helped us bring our luggage up.

Cosy, small apartment in a great location

The apartment was small but cosy and clean, there was enough space for two adults and a teenager . Great location, near the bus stop and underground. Good Wi-Fi connection.

The walls are very thin and the neighbours are heard very good. No elevator (but we knew it before) the shower wasn’t very comfortable, no door or curtain . Would be nice if towels could be changed .

A disappointed customer

The location and the cleanliness was great. The customer service always answered even if no follow up action was done.

Didn't like that what they promised on site was not available. No closet. No toiletries except toilet paper. No sofa or desk as they promised. Felt like a lived in a dorm...living out of suitcase. No place to sit

Suitable for couples, or friends traveling light.

The location was decent for visiting various tourist spots.

Very cramped getting into the apartment with cases etc. The shower/WC extractor wasn't working so on entry there was a rather brutal smell from the drains. I suggest this be fixed asap, or it'll lead to mold. No AC, and it was about 26°C at night, so quite uncomfortable. No storage for clothing etc, clothes could be hung but only on hangers that were then hung on door type pegs. Although you could cook, again there was no extractor, so if you were to cook it'd stink out the room. The area seems to be more of a business/shopping area, so local bars and restaurants were closed early.

The perfect base from which to explore Paris

So cute and comfortable, and in a really great location from which to explore Paris. The nearest metro stop is a 5 minute walk away and the surrounding streets are full of bars, restaurants, and bakeries. The security for entering the property was excellent and we felt very safe during our stay. We were offered fresh towels and bed linen half way through our stay.

The apartment could use a lick of paint and a good mop of the floors where dust has collected. The apartment was really warm to the point we had to leave the windows open 24/7 because otherwise it was unbearable! The apartment is on a main street so the traffic was loud most of the time and woke us all once or twice throughout the night. Fortunately the curtains were thick and kept the apartment dark overnight.
