Nice, clean and modern interior. Good location close to transport and major tourist attractions. Enjoyed being able to wash our clothes in the washing machine. Lots of local restaurants and a major shopping centre.
No Air conditioning! It would be fine any time other than summer but in the summer, you return home to a hot and stuffy apartment, after walking around all day in the heat. You can't leave the windows open when you go out (no security screens or bars and no flyscreens). No safe to secure valuables. A small fan is provided - it is the size of a plate. I would stay again any time but hot weather

Квартира в самом центре Парижа. Современная и стильная. Обо всем продумано. Внимание и вежливость со стороны хозяина. Тихие соседи. Приятно удивили предложенные предметы гигиены, кофе с печеньками. В холодильнике была даже миниральная вода. Уютно и комфортно. Огромное спасибо хозяину.
Все было великолепно.

It was located on a quiet, but extremely accessible, street. The bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom facilities were awesome. Having a fridge and kitchen was great. The host, Aimée, was FABULOUS!
The stairs! Aimée was very transparent about the stairs, but I had injured my knee earlier in our travels and the stairs were difficult to manage. Also, I needed to do some remote work and the space was a bit small for that purpose. Again, no fault of the host and I could not have known that before actually being in the space.

This was a small but comfortable apartment in a good location near Chatelet Les Halles station, making it easy to get around Paris. There were nice restaurants close by. The host communicated well.
The apartment was on the third floor with no elevator which is difficult with suitcases. We were also there during a heatwave and there was no air conditioning, so it was quite uncomfortable trying to sleep.
