Very good location, within walking distance to many major tourist sites. The host was very responsive to messages before and during the visit. Clear and straightforward guidance (pictures included) on how to access the apartment was provided.
The apartment was very small - the head of the bed was on one wall and the foot was only 1 ft away from the other wall - but it's central Paris, so what do you expect. Important to note that no toiletries provided - I had to purchase hand soap for the bathroom myself. The bathroom also had a smell originating somewhere under the shower that made the experience in there unpleasant in addition to its tiny size.
