Sobre todo la ubicación y lo acogedor que resulta.
Al tratarse de una bajocubierta hace calor, aunque abriendo las ventanas de las fachadas opuestas se genera una corriente que refresca bastante. Como sugerencia, instaría a colocar algún elemento de defensa en la planta superior (en el lado del acceso) que proteja de las posibles caídas.

Localização excelente. Estação de metrô na porta, com bares, restaurantes e mercadinhos próximos.
À noite, não tinha água quente para tomar banho. Tentei esquentar água no cooktop por indução e o mesmo não funcionava. O anfitrião não respondeu nenhuma mensagem que eu enviei. Foi combinado um check in mais cedo e me avisaram em cima da hora que não seria possível. Além disso, atrasaram a faxina e ainda cobraram uma taxa pelo serviço. Ficamos esperando mais de uma hora do lado de fora, com um frio intenso.
