Great location near gluten free bakery. Close to all main sights. Great to have aircon expecting the hot weather.

Lift was out of order for part of our stay - half to walk 6 floors. Thankfully it was working for movement of our luggage.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage zu vielen Sehenswürdigen. Jede Menge Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr komfortabel war in den heißen Tagen auch, dass das Haus über einen Aufzug und die Wohnung über eine Klimaanlage verfügt. Consierge Eugene war ausgesprochen nett und hat uns immer gerne mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt.

This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Paris! Communication from start to finish with the owners was fantastic which led to an easy check in and check out from the apartment. The apartment itself is fantastic and a great size for two. It is modern, spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a short stay. The air conditioning was a very welcome feature given the heatwave during our stay! The apartment is located on the sixth floor which takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding streets and made for a peaceful evening. Location wise you couldn’t asks for a better. As you leave the apartment you are surrounded by a whole host of bistros, coffee shops, patisseries and bars in all directions! The atmosphere in the area was very friendly and it is an ideal base to wander around grab breakfast or a glass of champagne and watch the world go by. Transport links are on the doorstep with a short walk to the train station which gets you to and from the airport and the metro which was ideal for getting around all the sights Paris has to offer. The Louvre and Notre Dame as well as other sights are all walkable from the apartment which was great. All in all I would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay again on our next trip to a Paris.

Excellent location. Lots of amenities around the area. Safe location with multiple gate. I feel safe staying there. There is a property manager on site to assist you and look after the estate
