This apartment is exceptional. Well appointed, great information supplied, lift to the top floor, quiet, great service from the concierge. It is the real deal. When I was first messaged by the concierge on WhatsApp I was concerned about who it was as the number didn't line up with Booking.com. I texted the number on Booking.com and they confirmed quickly that it was the concierge.

The bed is very firm and the pillows not great but the only negative for me.

The apartment is in an excellent, lively location, yet it is positioned in such a way that it is incredibly peaceful, with no traffic noise at all. It is located on the sixth floor (attic level) and has an elevator. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning. One of the highlights is the small balcony with a chair, where you can spend the evening in complete peace while enjoying the beautiful Parisian rooftops and watching the sunset. There are shops, restaurants, cafés, a shopping centre, and a metro station just a short walk away. Many of Paris's main attractions are also within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can tell that the owner occasionally lives there, as every detail has been thoughtfully considered. It truly has character and a wonderful charm. It looks exactly like the photos—or even better in person. The bed is comfortable, and I especially appreciated that the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The owner was very responsive whenever we needed anything, and special thanks also go to Eugene, who welcomed us on arrival and whom we had the pleasure of meeting several more times during our stay. If I ever visit Paris again, I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Great location near gluten free bakery. Close to all main sights. Great to have aircon expecting the hot weather.

Lift was out of order for part of our stay - half to walk 6 floors. Thankfully it was working for movement of our luggage.
