Great location, great accommodation, value for money. Great host. Authentic French experience in the heart of Montorgueil. Cafes, foodstalls, butchers. Bakeries and so much more on your doorstep. Easy train ride from airport - take your time navigating your way from the underground Chatelet Les Halles.

Perfect location and the accurate communication by the host how to access the accommodation.
My room was next to the courtyard where people smoke. My room started to smell and I could not open the windows.

L’emplacement est central et permet de se déplacer facilement à pied ou en transport en commun dans tout Paris. Choix varié de restos,épiceries,fruiteries, etc. a proximité. Salle de bains propre mais manque de serviettes pour un séjour au-delà de 3 nuitées.
La literie du lit est désuète et d’une propreté douteuse. Aucun linge à vaisselle 😟 Deux seules coupes à vin dont une en plastique. Il a fallu laver la vaisselle au préalable de son utilisation. Aucun crochet disponible dans tout l’appartement. Tous les vêtements se sont retrouvés sur le lit. La propreté du plancher laissait à désirer. L’aménagement de la terrasse pourrait être plus conviviale.
