Location (right in the heart of Paris) lots of food options around everywhere, metro also located closely nearby Keypad lock (personal preference as it allows flexibility if the group wants to split up) Decor (very French and Parisian)

great location in the heart of the Marais. Hosts provided me with a room code. Quaint building with all facilities needed including a washing machine. Close to restaurants, parks, museums, shops & transport. 2 large window/doors to view the street below, beautiful area. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows, good linen.

The stairs were my only issue but that is typical of these buildings & I was aware of that when I booked.

Location was great but apartment not so!

Location was great! Atmosphere of the entrance was lovely! Staff were responsive to my queries.

It was very dark inside the apartment - we had lights on inside the whole time. You could not tell the time of day. The sofa bed had a revolting looking stain on it. There was no mention of the low ceiling on the mezzanine level. One of the bedrooms was inside a poky little entrance - suitable for a child not an adult. We also had a mouse pay us a visit on our last night - a little disconcerting!

Decent stay, can’t complain too much

The apartment entrance was fairytale like, and the security locks on the doors were a good addition.

The Wi-Fi never worked, even after contacting the owner. In addition, the photos online before booking made the room look much bigger than it was as well as the shower. The hallways also smelt like something was rotting - thought maybe someone should be aware of that

The location of very good and we felt safe. Lots of cafes and groceries near. Transportation was also near and easy

There was no wifi in the room the 5 days we were there… the first day we asked the staff to fix it and even tho they tried, nothing worked I we had to spend so much money on internet to be able to work since we do online job. It’s the smallest shower I have ever seen, but it wasn’t a big deal. The only reason I would return is because of the wifi.

Wi-fi didn't work. We asked for help, but whilst staff said they would look at it, there was no follow up. Sofa bed v uncomfortable. TVs seemed to be connected somehow. 60 steps up to our apartment ; no lift.

Fantastic location for our family with young kids.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. The little street was so quaint and had a huge selection of lovely cafes, specialty shops, and bakeries. Our room was specious and had everything we needed to be comfortable--small kitchen space, clean bedding, separate room for our kids so sleep in.

Our room was bigger than expected but hard to ventilate. The only windows opened out into a patio where people were usually smoking so the only way to get fresh air was by turning on the vent over the stove.

Location was good

I made a reservation through you and was even charged a $9.00 deposit but then no one showed up at the train station. Difficult to get ahold of anyone. When I did they said that I did not have a reservation . The website is difficult.i booked two rooms for our family. I could not complete the info for the DG44 I think was the rm #. I finally got ahold of you and got the door code. The upstairs rooms’ doors all need oiled- terribly squeaky and woke me several times from next door. D0 has an outdoor eating area that has no ventilation . It is full of black mold- very unhealthy! D0 - had no way to ventilate the place nor even a bathroom fan.

All information clear and shared in advance. Great location, well equipped and comfortable in beautiful 3rd arr. Clean, tidy and would definitely stay again.

Just be aware as we were travelling with 2 children, one night of the stay (sat) was a little noisy with loud neighbours / street - which is to be expected, but if in a room nearer to back of complex this would not be a problem.

French Eclectic Sanctuary

We loved the area around our apartment. Bakeries and coffee shops were on our street, as well as a butcher, a fresh seafood store, and more, so convenient! Walking through the blue door of Les Patios was like walking into a sanctuary. A beautifully lit path led us to our staircase. Along this path, there were quaint small courtyard areas with little tables and chairs, begging for you to return with wine, bread, and cheese . Hanging vines, bamboo, wysteria, jazmine, and many other beautiful and fragrant plants filled the entire establishment. We loved our room, brightly painted with eclectic decor elements and windows that opened up to a peaceful courtyard! We wanted to stay in an apartment that was different from normal commercial hotels. Les Patios was more than we ever could imagine. Highly recommend!

One tiny thing, our refrigerator door would not open or close properly because it rubbed against the half wall of the kitchen. D2DD

Beautiful apartment! Perfect for a solo traveler, very secure building in a great location close to the main attractions, lots of shops and lovely cafes nearby. Contactless check in was so simple and there were no issues at all during my stay, would highly recommend and would definently stay again 🥰

Bed bugs! Small and uncomfortable

This studio was tiny and ill equipped. It was riddled with BED BUGS. We informed the manager and they said they were treating three other studios but despite using linens across refused to accept any responsibility for the bed bugs. We unknowingly brought them home and now we have an infestation to resolve which is upsetting and expensive. It was also very noisy, above a bar and we could hear everything from other units including a daily 6am row every day in the room next door. Definitely do not recommend.

It was a decent stay for people who will spend most of their time outside and about.

The location has to be the best of this place, surrounded by cafes and restaurants (not to mention popular places and really good food) very easy to get to walking.

I think the issue is more to do with the hot weather of the summer, but when we got in to the room it was full of flies due to the air conditioning tube placed through the open window. But when returning at night, the flies had all left. The single bed on the upper section has a very short distance to the ceiling.
