It’s a nice property, and the apartment was really beautiful. It was on the 4th floor and had lovely skylights in the main room, which made it feel bright and cozy.
We were a group of six people, and although we knew the apartment was quite small, the main issue was the toilet. It is located in the middle of the apartment, connecting both bedrooms, and unfortunately, the doors did not close properly, which made it quite uncomfortable, especially with six people sharing the space.

A green oasis - such a surprise as you step off the street into a hidden ‘secret’ garden. Great location in the heart of Le Marais. Our studio apartment was a good size (for Paris!). Had all we needed.

The location was excellent for exploring the city. Cafes restaurants and bars nearby. Walking distance to Notre Dame. Supermarkets close by.
Unfortunately loud neighbours laughing, slamming doors and moving furniture in the late night/early morning hours spoilt the stay. Also a bit concerned about the fire evacuation route seemed to be down a single spiral stairwell.

Location is great, there are great restaurants just around the corner and the metro is not far. Clean apartment and beautiful entrance. Quiet neighborhood.
We booked this last minute because another reservation was canceled. We had the tiniest room, we literally had to crawl to get to bed. No stairs, getting to the room on the 3rd floor with all the suitcases and stroller was exhausting.
