Location. Walkable to many sights. Supermarket 2 minutes away. Quiet once window closed. Had all amenities needed. Clean. Communication was great. Very comfy accommodation.

Good location. But twin room is Abt small for 2 pax. Narrow walkway can't even put 2 big luggages😅. Both main gate & main door to our room with pin code are more secured for us as guests . Thank u👍🙏😄

Excellently located in Marais, close to the metro and restaurants, a bit of messy and dirty

Excellently located in the heart of Marais, the rooms were spacious enough and had everything you need for a short stay. The main building is close to metro stations, restaurants and breakfast places and the area is safe at night. The bathroom was small but luminous and cleaning products were provided. Hot water was running all day and the working space inside the rooms gave the impression of a small apartment. Internet is fast and there are many plugs to charge. Getting into the property was easy and we receive all relevant information on time.

Although the room was tidy, neither this nor the bathroom were entirely clean. We found dirt in the bedsheets and hairs in the bathroom. Moreover, even though the space on the right and left of the bed is tiny, they should consider adding a small cupboard to avoid putting things on the floor. Finally, according to a miscommunication, the hotel proposed to offer us breakfast, which never did.

No comfortable place to sit….either a desk chair or the bed. 3 very heavy doors to get through to the room. Three different levels of floor …hard to do at night unless you turn on the very bright light. Not enough space to get in or out of the bed….had to scoot to the end to get up or crawl from the end to get on.

False advertisement, a little uncomfortable but good location and area

Location was good, in a nice area with loads of restaurants, close to a metro so easy to get around Paris

A bit advertising with a wall bed when it didn’t have that in the photos and the mattress didn’t meet up with the wall so there was gap in between , only 1 fan in really hot room and building and only worked when lights were on, only given one small pillow each

Great Location, no typical hotel facilities.

The location is excellent! The place was clean and surprisingly spacious, especially considering the central location. It’s not a traditional hotel, but more like a serviced apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Still, it was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Because it was more like a serviced apartment, it didn’t offer typical hotel facilities — no breakfast, no housekeeping during my 3-night stay, and no place to leave luggage after check-out.

Let me count the ways; -Hair dryer made awful screaming noise and singed my hair to the point the ends of my fringe breaking off. -So cramped, no room to get around bed at all -Aircondioner present but didn’t work -Fan over bed only worked if spot lights in kitchen were on - place was stifeling hot as we had no fan or airflow

Property was incredibly hot. There is no air con and the ceiling fans are linked to the lights. One was able to turn off the lights and keep the fan on. The other would turn off if you turned out the lights. There is a gap under the shower door that means the water runs out, so must position shower head away. There was no shower gel/shampoo but there was a bar of soap.

Clean unit, comfortable bed, nice decor, good bathroom with plenty of hot water, opening window. Good location with metro station near.

Very compact sized studio room limited the facilities able to be provided. There was no space for suitcases except underfoot, no table to eat at just tall stools and a narrow bench needed anyway for food storage and preparation, no couch or lounge chairs for relaxing and no washing machine provided.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Unbearable heat without proper working fans

They allowed an early check- in at midday

THERE IS NO RESPITE FROM THE HEAT OF THIS APARTMENT. ITS LIKE BEING IN A SAUNA. YOU CAN GET NO REST. The fan and the lights are wired on the same circuit so you cannot turn the lights off if you want the fan on. There is no air con. Their apartment gets the direct light of the sun all day. It’s unbearable to be inside. At night you have to have the lights on to run the fan so one can’t sleep because it’s with too hot or the light shines in your face. With the windows open it is equally impossible as the street is very noisy most of the night. This place calls itself a Hotel but it isn’t. It’s contactless. So there’s no reception for luggage storage. This felt a lot like false advertising. The staff don’t seem to realise it’s impossible to actually sleep here and the set up with the fans and lights is a joke. Also towels were a bit brown and dirty.

Reasonable price for location. Comfy and clean

Location was really ideal for a stay in Paris. 15 minute down the exact same road and you would find your self at Notre Dam. A 15 minute walk in the other direction was Chattel des Halles train/metro station which has all the main connecting routes around city and to airport.

Only downfall of this was no air con. It was 40 degrees ina heatwave during our stay and the ceiling light fan just didn't cut it. Also couldn't figure out how to have the fan on and all the lights off, so had to sleep with lights on

Location rocks

Amazing location. Nothing at this price in this location. Everything works well. Its not as small as some paris hotels due to the living area and studio layout. Everything is still small, but still a bit more space is welcome

The shower gets way too hot and way too cold at the slightest flick. Other reviews mentioned this but it was drastic . I hope the owners read this and fix that. Very tough to shower peacefully in an otherwise very functional space .

Great location, but hot in the summer.

The location was great, right at a metro station.

There was no air conditioning. It does have two ceiling fans, but there is no way to leave the ceiling fan on and turn off the main apartment lights. So, you had to sleep with the lights on for the fan to run, or lights off and no fan. The windows could be opened, but it didn’t carry well through the glass wall to the second bed.

Good space, good location, too hot!

The room is a good size in a good location, the staff respond quickly and our sheets were changed during our 4 day stay.

Unfortunately I have had to give a 6 for this review, this is because we stayed during a heat wave in Paris, the temperature was in excess of 35 degrees and it is not possible to use the fan in the room with the light off, this meant we had to sleep with the light on just to keep the fan going. I suggest you change this for future guests as it really was an unbearable experience.

Clean, good facilities, everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

There must have been a pipe or something the other side of the main room wall - it was so hot that we had to keep the window open and fans on when we were there, and this was in January. Cannot imagine how unbearable that would be in the summer!

Actually nothing first of all we booked for two single bed which there was just one bed you couldn’t call even bed I managed to talk to them I just witnessed ignorance and after all we noticed central heating not working it’s hard to explain it was hell .I don’t recommend it to anyone please
