LivinParis - Luxury 2 Bedrooms Opera I

Opera 1 property on 4th floor Exceptionally clean. Good location (nice bar run by an Algerian man on your doorstep), lots of patisseries and restaurants nearby, supermarket nearby, temporary parking right outside, car park just a 2 minute walk, not noisy and very modern with a Parisian touch. No AC but the host provided loads of industrial fans. Living room was the coolest at night with windows open.

The proprietors were excellent at communicating with us once we had booked, and they answered several emails promptly that we sent asking them questions; they were able to accommodate our needs. The flat was very modern and well equipped with the basic things that we needed. It was extremely clean and obviously well looked after. The man who met with us to show us round and give us the keys was very kind, helpful, informative and jovial. It was a lovely touch to leave a bottle of wine and coffee pods.

A smaller sharp knife and/or pizza cutter would be helpful.

The property was clean, had everything we needed and the host was super responsive and generous with information. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely young man who explained how everything worked. We had everything we needed for our girls trip to Paris. The apartment was spacious, the beds comfy and the view of the Sacre Coeur was savoured by us every morning when we ate our croissants and drank our first coffee on the balcony. We couldn’t be happier or ask for more. The property is conveniently located close to public transport, superb eateries and coffee shops and supermarkets. Everything is literally on your doorstep.

There really isn't anything to fault.

Really great area with lots of community, bars and restaurants. The apartment was safe and quiet and the host met us with the keys etc and explained the facilities etc. It was a good base.

The apartment was advertised as two bathrooms which in theory it did have, but there was only 1 toilet which kind of defeated the requirement for two separate bathrooms - it was a rather strange set up internally and smaller than we were hoping for. It was fine for two people but anymore would be a real squeeze. I think people should be made aware of the bathroom situation before booking as it is misleading. The shower is actually in the bedroom so if two people were sharing a bedroom - it would be very awkward. Also, they kindly left us a bottle of wine but the corkscrew wasn't working so we couldn't have it. little nuances but quite annoying.
