Emplacement très central. Logement très spacieux. Literie très confortable. 3 salles de bains.

Mauvaise isolation sur rue, vmc bruyante. Four non fonctionnel.

1 minute from Metro station Verry clean kitchen had all utilities Very big apartment - the pictures reflect the actual. very good option for a big family very good respond from host by WhatsApp - they took care for the elevator fix immediately

Towels are small & not thick enough no coffee capsules the address state ground floor but it is 3rd floor, there is elevator but very old & not always workings We are to store the luggage after checkout & it was approved, only later we realized that storage is in different location, far away with poor opening hours, we paid extra to store at another place

Very spacious and clean. Plenty of rooms and beds for family and friends travelling together. 3 separate bathrooms has been very convenient for sure.

The internet connection has been poor and very unstable.

Property very big and spacious and ideal for big groups. Rooms are nice and kitchen is massive definitely works as a large group. We were on an all girls trip to Paris x7 people to celebrate a birthday. The property itself u can’t fault. It only had 1 key however everything can be opened via the codes so it works out fine if the group split up. Close to all shops for food and the metro Is 2 mins away. Mc Donald’s is a 5 min walk along with many other food places and supermarkets. Only downfall is at night time there are many people on the road or outside the main entrance at the bus stop that clearly must smoke or take some forms of a substance. However they did not bother us directly. However lift is also very small can only fit 2 people or 1 of you have a suitcase. Additionally you need to be very quiet which is hard when in a group but once in your apartment it should be fine.
