Great layout with the bedrooms at each end & each with their own toilet/shower. Also kitchen & 2 sitting areas.

Good air conditioning. The property had everything we needed for our short stay and the location was walkable distance from some key areas shops and restaurants

Clean. Good appliances and facilities. Spacious by Paris standards. Good air conditioning. Good to be on ground floor so no stairs which was essential for us.
Toilet seat was loose. Some wear and tear chips in surface of vanity in bathroom area. Groups of idle people just hanging around outside in the street close to the building made us feel insecure when entering and leaving premises.
