Great location, very accessable for families with elderly. The house is in ground floor. Very near to metro station. House has a nice courtyard in the middle of it and spacious rooms. Washing machine is inside and convenient.

Excellent location close to multiple train stations and cafes/restaurants and grocery store. Quaint accommodations sufficient for 3 of us.
Smaller than photos appear and nowhere to store bags as the comments and reviews indicated.

Clean. Good appliances and facilities. Spacious by Paris standards. Good air conditioning. Good to be on ground floor so no stairs which was essential for us.
Toilet seat was loose. Some wear and tear chips in surface of vanity in bathroom area. Groups of idle people just hanging around outside in the street close to the building made us feel insecure when entering and leaving premises.
