Although the space is small it has everything you need because of a very efficient use of the space. Everything was new and clean. The area was nice and lively too, we felt very comfortably there. The space is good to reach, close to a subway station. All in all highly recommended!

Very cozy, in a nice and quite central area with great access to places like the Louvre.

Exactly as described. Having 2 shower rooms both with a toilet was a bonus for our family of 5. The air conditioning was a godsend in the heat. Good location to walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Opera, Galleries Lafayette and Sacré Coeur all within 20-30 mins. The washing machine and dryer were very useful also. Thank you! Fantastic restaurant - Julien - opposite apartment. Very reasonable, traditional French cuisine, no bookings just queue.

The road outside is very busy, but it wasn’t a problem as the property is through 2 locked doors into a little alleyway which felt very safe and was very quiet.

The location was fairly good, easy connections to city centre. The street is rather busy so I wouldn't recommend for those looking for a quieter holiday but the hosts were very attentive: initially the flat didn't have a kettle and iron but they were provided the next morning after I asked.

The space is rather small, ideal for a solo traveller I'd say. There isn't a proper bed - only a sofa bed that is fairly comfortable but not for a sensitive sleepers.
