Very good location, good spot for food, Hidden in the courtyard so noise does not travel back

The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions. The apartment was well maintained, quiet, and had all the necessary facilities for a family stay. The host was also very helpful and responsive throughout.

Nothing significant. Everything was well organized and met our expectations.

The property is on the ground floor and in a courtyard so no street noise and easily accessible. Easy walk to the Marais, Louvre , or train stations. Grocery store and pharmacy on the street nearby which is convenient. Nice linens and comfy bed with lots of storage space, room to open suitcases and equipped kitchen. Nespresso machine (no pods). Washing machine and drying rack. Good for budget travellers.

The host was technically responsive but they were stock messages and I asked 3 times if we could have an earlier check-in to no avail. Check-in is at 5pm which is quite late. It is on a busy street and I don’t recommend walking late at night. Poor ventilation and smells of mold. The wall behind the bed is covered in mold and you can smell it while you sleep. The bathroom has water damage and taps leak which contributes to mild and mildew smell. The dishwasher leaks and if you do laundry, it takes forever to hang dry garments due to lack of air flow. We stayed in March so it wasn’t bad but I imagine this would be an uncomfortable place to stay in summer. Dirty, old sponges in the kitchen(there should be a new one for each stay). The kitchen has enough to cook a meal but is missing coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, cleaning supplies etc. You’d need to purchase it all which is fine for a longer stay but annoying for a short stay. Overall, it needs a thorough cleaning.
