This apartment was absolutely charming. The location is great, just a short walk from two metro stations. There are numerous bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The provided WiFi was very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

* Proactive and consistent communication ahead of the stay via Booking.com, WhatsApp, and Swikly * Smooth and straightforward access/check-in process * Excellent location * Clean and fresh linens and towels
Too many pre-stay processes for a short two-night stay * Loft bed has very low clearance (at 173 cm, requires constant crouching) * Washroom amenities were minimal and incomplete * Ants on the floor and kitchen counter * Apartment felt muggy with limited ventilation (only one window, no mesh) and there is no AC. So uncomfortable in the summer
