A pretty perfect apartment for a couple of nights in Paris. Contrary to other reviews, we ran into no problems in the location and felt very safe as a group of young women. In fact, the location was quite central and we managed to make our way around the city via foot. The bathrooms (specifically showers) were lovely and the beds were clean and comfortable. The agent was very friendly and accommodating when we needed something and brought us the appliances we needed in less than 30 mins after contacting.
The only downside was that getting into the apartment was not a very quick process. We waited for the agent for around 40 mins outside the complex after giving them plenty of notice for our arrival. It was definitely nothing major though, everything else was 10/10!

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, pulito e in zona molto bella della città.
L’appartamento è al 4 piano senza ascensore. Il soppalco della camera matrimoniale ha una scala molto pericolosa in caso di persone anziane o bambini. Solo uno dei due bagni a un wc.

Locatie, centraal en veel op loopafstand Appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontvangst door medewerker, vriendelijk en behulpzaam (hielp met dragen koffer van mijn 75 jarige moeder)
Dat slaapkamer door steile trap te bereiken is, staat nergens vermeld. Voor mij geen probleem, maar als je slecht ter been ben is het onbereikbaar. Dat het op 4e etage is, zonder lift zou ook vermeld moeten worden.

Sehr freundliches Personal und eine sehr gute Beschreibung für die Schlüsselübergabe. Das Gepäck kann bei Bedarf auch im Büro am Abreisetag zwischengelagert werden. Sehr gute Lage, die Metro ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Im Haus neben an ist eine Diskothek-am Wochende ist es also nachts lauter. Leider sind es nicht wirklich separate Zimmer, da die Gallerie (Doppelbett) zu Wohnzimmer und kleinem Schlafzimmer offen ist. Auch ist das angegebene Doppelbett nur über eine steile Stiege zu erreichen- absolut nicht empfehlenswert für ältere Gäste, ein nächtlicher Gang ins Badezimmer nach gutem Wein ist hier sehr anspruchsvoll. Sich kann man auf der Galerie nicht aufrecht stehen, da die Deckenhöhe zu gering ist.
