Very good location. Close to Louvre and Notre Dame. 5 min walk from 2 Metro stations is also great advantage. Super easy and friendly contact with the owner & agency via booking and What’s up. Apartment located very close from the agency where check in /out needs to be done. Very comfortable apartment even for 8 people (for my case it was 5 adults and 3 kids). Well equipped, clean and very quiet so we could have good rest after enjoying Paris till late evening hours.

Lugar funcional para una estadía en y grupo / flia numerosa. Departamento en planta baja, bien iluminado, buena distribución, con varias camas, TVs en cada ambiente, varios baños (duchas separadas) que facilitan la dinámica de muchas personas en un mismo espacio. Bien conectado y céntrico, en un barrio con buen ambiente y muchos lugares para comer y otros servicios, supermercado cerca. La administración está disponible y con respuesta ágil para resolver lo que pueda surgir. Tal cuál lo que muestran las fotos.

La cocina tiene pocos utensilios para cocinar, el espacio destinado es chico y por su equipamiento resulta poco funcional. Se podría mejorar la experiencia en este punto, partiendo de que tiene una buena base. El departamento está bien organizado, aunque no destaca por ser acogedor, si es práctico y funcional.

The unit was very close to a lot of food, cafes, and drink places, as well as the Metro 4 station. This allowed us to travel to all places on our itinerary within 20-30 minutes. The unit also seemed very secure and had enough space to accommodate our group of 10. The wifi was also very fast and the TV was able to show some Women's World Cup games. Management was very responsive to any questions we had, and check-in/check-out were both easy.

The unit itself could have been a bit cleaner as there was debris on the floor still when we arrived. Each bathroom had a smell of sewage coming from the shower drains. There were also not enough toilet paper rolls and no hand soap, so be prepared to run to the store for those items. Each room had an AC unit, but the unit was not strong enough to cool the room down even at max settings, which made it uncomfortable at night when trying to sleep.
