LOCATION

It's very unprofessional to lie about such things specially the accommodation specially when one has booked well in advance, it's not a last minute request....The room was just a closet for dump.... Old, weathering and had beams right over the head so we couldn't even stand straight in half of the room.... It could have been liveable with some open windows and street view or something. I would not recommend the location AT ALL. Pictures shown in the site are absolutely false and NOT WHAT WAS PROVIDED..... It was a 10x10 closet. With beams running over the head so one can not even stand straight. It was really a bad choice and false information on the BOOKING SITE.

In great location

The location of the property was fantastic, in really good proximity to metro stations & places to eat.

Personally I don’t think the price is worth what you get, and it the area was a bit noisy during the night as you can hear people walk up and down the street

The interior.

The curtains are not completely thick and do not completely cover the entire window, and one bedroom faces the street. There was a slight stain on one of the sheets, good thing there were spare ones in the closet. The sink in the bathroom has a difficult drain.

no accessibility ease for wheelchair or strollers. Access was too tight, rooms too tight, was not comfortable getting off a long trip with young kids and baggage and then having to walk all the way to the office to get the keys and walk back.

Poor experience: inconvenient check-in, non-working air conditioning during a heatwave, unhelpful staff, forced early check-out despite no sleep, insects in the shower, and missing pillow covers. Would never stay here again. We stayed at Studio Prestige Atoum 2 and it was a huge disappointment. First, we had to be dropped off at their office and then carry and drag our suitcases through the street for about 8 minutes to reach the actual apartment! The biggest issue was the air conditioning: it did not work at all, despite us calling, visiting their office again, and practically begging them to fix it. They kept stalling, telling us to turn the electricity on and off, check remote control batteries, or send pictures of the remote! all pointless. One agent kept giving me false hope until very late at night, but nothing was ever fixed. We didn’t sleep all night because of the heat. Then, at 10 am, the cleaner knocked asking us to check out immediately. The cleaning staff even called the agent, who threatened us to leave and said we had no right to stay past 10 am, despite their failure to deliver basic services. After I argued that they should hold up their end too, they claimed I yelled at them and “generously” let us stay until 12!! but we left at 10:30 because it was unbearable. To top it off, there were insects in the shower and two pillows had no covers. the internet kept getting interrupted as well! Never again.

Amazing stay in Paris!!! We had so much fun!!!

Walking distance to louvre and Notre Dame even for kids. Being on the Passage made it feel very safe at night.

Check in got a little convoluted. My understanding was to go to the property directly. When arriving we could not enter through the gate. We had to go to another address (which ended up walkable) which was a little overwhelming after a long day with travel and with luggage and children. Once we had access everything was very smooth.

Location was great, it was clean.

It was very warm and humid and the a/c didn’t work properly. I opened it and saw that the filters were completely clogged so I vacuumed them, but still it didn’t work well, it kept shutting off. Clearly had not been serviced in a long time. We couldn’t open the windows as there was loud music each night. The wifi kept cutting out and disappearing. Had to use our phones’ hotspots. The water taps were reversed, what should have been the cold position was hot and the hot position cold, plus the bathroom door latch was installed backwards.

Disappointing

Despite the cleaning seems to be quick and hasty (at least by the result) it was not ready until 5 pm! Therefore we could not occupy our accommodation. There is no window to let fresh air in and on the basement level (the bedroom) there is no sunlight at all. You have to deal with the steps leading downtrairs to the basement in the dark as the lamp is missing in the staircase. You have to be prepared to be waken up any unpredectible time during the night by the frightening loud noise of some water-treatment gadget built in the wardrobe within the bedroom. Another entertaining feature is that you can listen to the conversation of other guests in the neighbouring apartments as their voice comes through the thin drywall.

Spezielle Wohnung in logistisch guter Lage, welche wir nicht nochmal mieten würden.

Die Kommunikation im Vorhinein war sehr freundlich, auch wenn es ein bisschen chaotisch war - auch bei der Abreise. Ein menschlicher, nicht voll optimierter Prozess. Die Wohnung ist logistisch gut zwischen zwei wichtigen Metrolinien gelegen. Eine Wohnung in einer Passage zu haben fanden wir als speziell (positiv). Es gibt viele internationale Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Brasserie, Italiener, Koreaner, Japaner, Georgisch, Kreolisch, etc.

Die Fenster konnten nur durch einen Vorhang und ein Rollo als Sichtschutz geschlossen werden. Somit sitzt man immer im Dunkeln bzw. muss Licht anmachen. Ausserdem schauen die Leute, welche in der Passage vorbeilaufen natürlich immer durch den Spalt neben dem Rollo bzw. Vorhang. Da hätte man einfach eine milchige Folie bis 1.8m anbringen können. Die beiden Schlafsofas sind zum Schlafen leider nicht geeignet. Wir waren 5 Personen - es gibt aber eigentlich nur 2 Schlafplätze im "echten" Bett. Das Bett ist im UG und es hat dort IMMER Licht durch die Oberlichter - also eine Schlafmaske mitnehmen! Im WC hat es keine Lüftung, in der Dusche im Stockwerk darunter funktioniert diese nicht. Das Internet ist langsam und funktioniert nicht immer. Der installierte Router in der Wohnung ist eigentlich funktionsunfähig.

De locatie is perfect

Kleine dingetjes, zo waren er maar 4 borden en 4 kommen aanwezig, terwijl wij met 5 personen zijn en het ook wordt aangeboden voor 5 personen. Geen koffiekopjes die onder het Nespresso apparaat passen. Er was geen theedoek aanwezig om de afwas te drogen, die hebben we zelf maar gekocht en achtergelaten. De kraan in de badkamer zit los. Wifi beneden is zwak. Volgens mij zijn deze punten heel makkelijk op te lossen en zou het verblijf nog fijner maken. De slaapbank boven is wel aan vervanging toe, die zakt wat door.

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy negativa y está lejos de lo que se anuncia en la plataforma. Para empezar, durante nuestra estancia se produjo un hecho muy grave: el anfitrión accedió al apartamento sin nuestro consentimiento mientras estaba ocupado. Este comportamiento supone una vulneración clara de la privacidad y de la seguridad, y nos hizo sentir incómodos e inseguros desde ese momento. Independientemente de cualquier otra circunstancia, este hecho por sí solo es inaceptable en un alojamiento turístico. Además de este problema de seguridad, el apartamento presentaba numerosas deficiencias y no se corresponde con las fotos ni con la descripción publicadas en Booking. A nuestra llegada, el alojamiento tenía un mal olor persistente. La ventana no se puede abrir, lo que empeora la ventilación. El aire acondicionado hace un ruido muy fuerte, imposible de ignorar, lo que dificulta seriamente el descanso. En cuanto a la limpieza, el estado general era deficiente: el suelo estaba sucio, las sábanas de la cama no estaban limpias y el baño tampoco se encontraba en condiciones adecuadas de higiene. Estos aspectos son básicos y no deberían fallar en ningún alojamiento. Por otro lado, el piso carece de espacios adecuados para guardar pertenencias, ya que no hay armario, y además varios cajones del mueble estaban rotos, lo que da una sensación de abandono y falta de mantenimiento. En conjunto, la estancia resultó muy incómoda y por debajo de unos mínimos aceptables. Consideramos importante dejar constancia de todo lo ocurrido para que otros viajeros puedan decidir con información real y para que se exija a este alojamiento cumplir con unas condiciones básicas de calidad, limpieza y respeto hacia los huéspedes. No recomendaríamos este alojamiento.

La posizione centrale e la vicinanza a tutti i servizi. Si può risparmiare sui mezzi pubblici poiché molti siti di interesse turistico sono raggiungibili a piedi: Louvre, Opera e molto altro. Appartamento all'interno del passage, molto pittoresco e sicuro. Doccia ampia e molto comoda con due diffusori per l'acqua: fisso grande e mobile più piccolo. La biancheria da bagno era pulita e abbondante. Compresa la disponibilità di shampoo, bagno doccia e saponi, anche per i piatti.

Divano letto da fare nonostante la prenotazione fosse per 3. Un solo lenzuolo matrimoniale per il divano letto, mi sono dovuta arrangiare. Macchina Nespresso non ben funzionante. Non buca le capsule.

Piccolissima. Sicuramente le foto ingannano. Quando ci hanno accompagnato, ci hanno avvisato che i telecomandi tv e aria condizionata, erano scarichi, ma non hanno cambiato le pile. La doccia non scaricava l’acqua. La porta del bagno rotta, ect

La facilité de récupérer les clés, et la gentillesse de notre réceptionnaire qui nous a aidé à monter les valises appartement très calme à proximité de rues animés et proches des lieux de nos visites et entrées de métro

La posizione di questo appartamento è ottima, molto centrale e si trova in un passage molto tranquillo. L'appartamento è su due piani, con aria condizionata.

Il bagno dove c'è il wc, che dà direttamente sulla zona giorno, non è finestrato e non ha nemmeno l'aspiratore. Nella cucina c'era un unico straccio per asciugare i piatti, ma non c'era lo scolapiatti, quindi non era sufficiente; mancavano anche la tovaglia e diverse posate (c'erano solo 2 cucchiaini, per esempio). Al piano di sotto c'è il bagno con la doccia: essendo il piano inferiore seminterrato, per scaricare l'acqua di quel bagno c'è un macchinario con una pompa, che purtroppo andava frequentemente in errore, emettendo un fischio fortissimo. La prima notte, siamo stati svegliati diverse volte, ma non c'era nessun numero da contattare per le emergenze. I gestori, dopo che abbiamo segnalato il problema, hanno mandato un tecnico a controllare e ci hanno risposto che era sufficiente non utilizzare quel bagno la notte. Peccato che questo significava anche non utilizzare il condizionatore, perché lo scarico della condensa mandava in errore la pompa di scarico, svegliandoci ripetutamente! Vi lascio immaginare cosa significa dormire in 3 in una stanza senza finestre, senza poter tenere acceso il condizionatore nemmeno in modalità deumidificatore! Peccato per questo incoveniente mal gestito!

Был фен в комоде, тостер, чайник, минимальные столовые приборы, микроволновка, холодильник. Расположение удобное, рядом улица с ресторанами и кафе, также есть метро в шаговой доступности

Очень маленькое пространство, вдвоем и с большим чемоданом было негде пройти. Если чуть повернуть кран в раковине - льется кипяток, обжигались очень сильно пару раз. Очень тяжело поднимать чемодан на второй этаж

Decepción en Paris

Las imágenes que se dan a conocer en la página no son 100% fieles a lo que es el alojamiento. Lo reservé por su ubicación pero también porque eran varias noches y quería estar más cómoda que en un hotel, pero al llegar, el alojamiento era muy pequeño. No era de dos habitaciones. Los elementos de cocina, todos juntos en un placard. La cama poco confortable y lo peor la limpieza. Había un olor poco placentero al ingresar a la habitación. Y luego, por la ventana vimos pasar una gran rata, que imposibilitaba la ventilación. Realmente me decepcione mucho. No lo recomiendo. Lo hablé con el staff y solo me respondieron que todo era tal cual las imágenes y no se hicieron cargo.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza da tre letti e abbiamo trovato un matrimoniale e un divanetto durissimo che si apriva e si dormiva per terra. Scomodissimo. Nessun armadio o appendiabiti. Situazione imbarazzante. Abbiamo chiesto un’altra stanza senza successo anzi la ragazza che ci ha accolto e’ sparita. Abbiamo foto dimostrative. E chiediamo un rimborso del 50% a Booking. Pessima esperienza da non consigliare assolutamente

•ho prenotato questo appartamento per 5 persone, nella prenotazione e tramite chat si parlava di 3 letti, invece di letto ce n era solo uno, poi c’era un divano letto scassato e scomodo, più una poltroncina, non so manco come definirla..altrettanto scomoda per scendere nell’ unico letto c’erano delle scale strettissime, la doccia era solo lì di sotto e il bagno inteso come water solo di sopra CLAUSTROFOBICO con appunto solo il water (niente che non ci aspettassimo) e un mini lavandino, il tutto attaccato alla cucina, igiene 100+ veramente…..l’appartamento di sopra più che altro è davvero piccolo..dunque pensate mangiare usufruire del bagno e dormire..in 15/20 mq •non c’erano neanche le posate per 5 persone e le abbiamo dovute chiedere •l’appartamento si ritrova in una galleria in cui si accede tramite due cancelli •il posto, sebbene venga detto il contrario, è molto caotico perché ci sono anche altre strutture e gente che lavora fino a tardi e inizia al mattino presto, in più al piano di sopra c è qualcuno che fa casino in continuazione! •consiglio per gli italiani, c è una piastra ad induzione portatevi una caffettiera •non parcheggiate dove vi consigliano nel parcheggio ST Denis a 3 minuti perché pagate 50 euro al giorno (manco fossimo in centro ahahaha) ma parcheggiate più fuori che tanto vi sposterete sempre con la metro •portatevi delle salviette perché il bagno è solo di sopra e piccolo e dovreste scendere per farvi una doccia tramite quelle minuscole scale (sono una ragazza minuta di 25 anni vi dico solo questo, non vi dico come si sono trovati i mie suoceri di 60 anni… che poverini dovevano dormire di sotto) PS spero sappiate l’inglese o lo spagnolo come noi perché chi vi accoglie non parla francese o italiano!

Bem localizado, com vários supermercados e estações de metro perto. Na semana em que estive o local foi bem sossegado. Água bem quente. Adorei a loiça Earth, combinava com o apartamento.

Podia ter um armário para colocar casacos ou pendurar outras peças de vestuário. Podia ter mais tipos de tachos e um fervedor de leite. O apartamento podia ter mais iluminação, ou a que existe ser mais forte.

Bloqué dans la sdb car la Porte coulissante était coincée. La matin du départ les grilles permettant de sortir de l’établissement ne se déverrouillaient pas et le taxi attendait dans la rue…
