Flat Alexandrie - Superbe appartement a Paris

L'appartement est très bien situé, ce qui permet de visiter Paris à pied. L'appartement est spacieux, avec un vrai fauteuil en plus du canapé-lit, ce qui est très appréciable. Logement propre, moderne et très bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, nombreuses prises, projecteur film et écran dans la chambre...). Le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons pu venir déposer nos bagages le matin avant de revenir pour le check in en fin de journée. La veille de notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un mode d'emploi super clair avec les différents codes pour accéder à l'appartement (texte + photos).

Les matelas étaient trop durs pour nous et donc peu confortables.

The property was as described and looked just like the pictures. All was in order and was very clean and easily accessible. The host was proactive and responsive to requests. Due to our early arrival, they allowed us to drop off our luggage an hour before checking in, that was very much appreciated. There was plenty of space for the four of us and it was in an excellent location to get to major attractions and a short walk to major transportation, to include the Eurostar. This was a great choice and made our stay in Paris very enjoyable.

The only issue we had was the shower did not drain well. It backed up almost immediately. We mentioned this to the host, and they said it would be taken care of for future guests. Overall, it did not negativity impact our stay.

Lack of cleanliness. No attention to details: bathroom door handle broken, no shower soap, additional pillow without pillowcase. The arrogance of the owner not following up our requests for shower soap.
