Living room: A large designer living room with a double sofa bed, smart TV and dining table, ideal for relaxing moments.
Kitchen: A modern open kitchen, fully equipped with hob, microwave, toaster, oven, Nespresso machine and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals.
Master bedroom: A cosy bedroom with double bed and TV.
Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower and welcome kit with shower gel and shampoo.
Toilet: Separate toilet for added convenience and functionality.
Additional amenities: Washer-dryer, dishwasher, iron, large-screen TV, and Wi-Fi included. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and towels provided for each guest.
Important information: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an elevator, but it is strictly prohibited to use the elevator with suitcases or luggage. Luggage must be carried up the stairs. Failure to comply, resulting in the elevator becoming jammed or breaking down, will incur a repair fee of €1,000, which may be charged to the guest responsible.
The apartment is entirely at your disposal, and you have access to the entire property.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided.
