Welcome to this Parisian townhouse arranged over three floors, designed to combine comfort, privacy, and practicality. Every level has been carefully laid out to make the most of the space and offer a warm and functional home base in the heart of Paris.
Living room: A bright living area with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and dining space — perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal.
Open kitchen: Fully equipped with cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and essential cooking utensils.
Bedrooms: Two cosy double bedrooms with premium bedding and built-in storage.
Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo.
Toilets: Two separate toilets, on the ground floor.
Extras: High-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fresh linens, and towels included.
This ground-floor townhouse (no elevator) is located in a secured building. A comfortable and atypical cocoon ideal for discovering the capital with peace of mind.

* The house is spread over three levels connected by a narrow spiral staircase: the bedrooms are upstairs and you will go up and down it several times a day. It is not suitable for elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility, and young children need to be accompanied on it.
* The shower rooms are upstairs, but both toilets are on the ground floor: at night, you need to go down the stairs to use the toilet, which matters for elderly guests and families with children.
* Rue Saint-Denis is very busy in the evening and at night, and street prostitution is present: the area can feel unsettling late at night. If you are travelling with young children or looking for a quiet residential area, this apartment is not the right choice.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will have 65 m² in the 2nd arrondissement, right next to the Montorgueil district, a 5-minute walk from Strasbourg–Saint-Denis metro station (lines 4, 8 and 9), in a quiet spot on the courtyard side, with two double bedrooms, two shower rooms, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The entire townhouse is yours to enjoy, from the living room to the top floor, with no shared areas or restrictions.

Check in was very easy and staff were very professional and helpful. We were initially a little put off by the lane way to get into the property but don’t be. The apartment was bright and clean. It’s not really suitable for very young kids due to the 2 twisty staircase and no barrier in the top bedroom but it was perfect for our family. We were there in July and it was in the mid to late 30’s and the apartment doesn’t have air con which I feel is the only downside. We did however contact the property manager and they were able to provide us with a few fans. WiFi is fine in the main room but not good in top bedroom. Location was perfect, metro was mins away which we used to get around and plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. Overall it was a prefect apartment for a family of 6.
